Long weekend getaway

This condo exceeded our expectations! From the best location and amenities to the beautifully decorated condo everything was perfect. This home was so spacious and nothing was lacking. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Check-in and check-out process was seamless! We look forward to returning!

Great trip

Spanish Key in Perdido was a nice place to stay. It wasn’t overly crowded and the location was perfect. The condo was very nice with a large kitchen. We had two condos there with 14 people total, 4 adults and the rest being young teens. Everyone was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the onsite employees were very quick to point out any little rule violation and they weren’t nice about it. If fact they were rude enough that I can recommend the property but not sure if I will stay here again.

Wouldn’t pick this place again

Was offered a discounted stay the night before our trip but was not allowed to get into the room early which was extremely inconvenient flying in early and having two small children. The fridge was broken along with the ice maker. The dryer blew dryer lint all over the front balcony. The front keyless entry was unlocked after one of our returns back to the condo.

Thanks for your feedback—we always appreciate the opportunity to improve. We’re sorry to hear parts of your stay missed the mark. To clarify, booking the night prior is the best way to ensure your condo is scheduled for an early arrival and ready when you are—especially helpful for families flying in early. Without that extra night, check-in is based on our standard cleaning and inspection schedule to make sure everything’s properly prepped for incoming guests. The keyless lock on the front door can be a bit tricky—it requires the deadbolt to be manually turned to lock when departing. We include those directions in your personalized digital guestbook, but we’ll take another look to make sure they’re as clear and easy to follow as possible. As for the dryer vent, we’ve notified the resort HOA and they’re actively addressing it. We’re also following up with our maintenance team regarding the fridge and ice maker to ensure it’s taken care of for future guests. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you’ll give us another shot in the future for a smoother and more relaxing experience!

This condo is worn, not cleaned properly, and needs some care. Vacuumed, not mopped. The sliding glass door was too difficult for all of us. The repairman said it is worn out and probably needs to be replaced. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. The dishes were placed in the cabinets with some kind of film on them. We hand washed all the dishes before and after use. The dishwasher is so full of mold, mildew and slime, and doesnt rinse or dry. The repairman put some mold cleaner in it, but didn' t help much. Also, no mixing bowls for pancakes, etc. Some small pyrex. The skillets are done. .. everything sticks. We have rented 4 times at Spanish Key and have always been satisfied, until this one.
