We make checking in super easy, onsite at the condo! Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As is common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Gulf and FloraBama visit

Very nice condo, updated furnishings in Living and Dining areas.Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.Easy walk to FloraBama is a bonus!

Great location, great property

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We didn't use all the rooms, they look really nice and the bathrooms are great. Everything was functioning properly. The property managers were great about communication. I had a question and they got back to me very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

A little pricey

We love Spanish Key Condominium! Location, access to the beach and pool are great!!! This specific condo had a few things that I felt like should’ve been better for the price. Our mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a mattress that belongs on a couch bed. The lock to the sliding door balcony was stripped and very hard to lock/unlock. Some furniture drawers wouldn’t open as well.. which is very minor and didn’t matter that much. It was more the mattress discomfort and the sliding glass door handle. I do feel like the pictures def look better than in person. It is a nice place but the price did not equal to what we got.

Teacher Beach Trip

Great condo!

Some of the furniture had been upgraded from the pictures when I booked so that was nice. The condo is very well decorated. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated but ok for a vacation rental. Loved the extra ice machine. Great addition to a beach rental. Great communication by rental company and quick responses. Only negative was I felt the floors could have been cleaned better.

Perdido stay

Loved the condo, great location and loved the amenities. Only recommendation, add new pictures since the furniture upgrade, the are so much prettier. And add that there is a keurig too!! Thank you for a beautiful weekend trip!

Weekend Getaway

Fantastic long weekend trip with friends. The condo was as advertised. Everything we needed was there and worked great. The location is fantastic. Great views of the beach and minutes from the Florabama. Will definitely try and use this condo again.

Perdido Key - Spanish Key

While parking was an issue for 1 day, it was 4th of July weekend, the condo was really perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Perdido Key continues to be one of the most beautiful big sand beaches with clear water in the U.S. while also being one of the most quiet and calm villages along the Gulf. Only wish I could have permanent moved in.

The place and unit is great!

We enjoyed the beach and amenities, sauna, indoor pool and exercise room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Convenient, clean, comfy

This was a pretty good condo. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The couch and master bed were comfy, the master bed sheets were great. The pillows were all very firm so take your own if you like soft ones. The balcony is small for 6 people but doable. The bar and ice machine were really great.

Great experience

The condo was very clean, well decorated and equipped. The beds were comfy and master bath was great. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the sun peak around the building. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided clear directions and expectations. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was very clean and had gorgeous views of the beach. Walking distance to local restaurants with easy access to the beach. My only complaint was little things like WIFI wasn't working and construction on the property had the fitness room and indoor pool closed. One of the elevators was not working which was a little difficult upon checkout. The parking lot is tight especially if you drive a bigger truck. That one was probably my biggest complaint. Had a hard time getting out of parking space. Other than that, it was so nice and relaxing!!

Family beach trip

The room and location of the facility was great. We really enjoyed how the beach was not crowded and walking distance to Flor-Bama. We really enjoyed our time but we won’t be renting here again due to the stalking security!! We understand the non smoking policy and respect it but to place the 1 smoking area in the dogs bathroom isn’t very appealing, also when you can’t smoke some us a vape as an alternative which is also not accepted. The security guards would follow you around the grounds in a stalking manner to the extent of sitting and waiting for us to complete our family pictures to make sure we returned to our room to retrieve our wristbands. We understand the importance of security but this was a little much! Thanks The Clements

Nice Condo. Difficult Communication

This condo has perfect proximity to the beach and a very nice pool area. The medium sized building keeps the beach from being as crowded as the taller buildings are. The biggest drawback is the communication with the management company. Emails are not returned at all. We were finally given a number to text and/or call when they were asking for the final payment. The phone number was answered during business hours. We were told that there were not beach chairs and umbrellas to rent, so we purchased 2 canopies and chairs to bring along. As it turned out, there was a rental company that serviced the property. We were promised 2 parking spots, but there are not enough spots available. There is overflow parking across the street, but we did not have the gate code. Because the number was not answered on the weekend and our text was not returned, we were left driving around with no parking - dinner for six in the car. It was pretty frustrating.

Condo 308

We stayed in condo 308 which was excellent. The beach was awesome. The parking was not so good. Will not go in to details because you all know there is not enough parking for the amount of units they have available.
