I would recommend this resort to anyone. The amenities are wonderful. It is a nice escape from the crowds but still so much to do. We played games, went swimming, watched movies, and had the best sleep all in the cabin. The extras included at the resort are so nice. We had a quick game of putt putt (which we also did in Pigeon Forge for 19 each) for free! Amy was so responsive and helpful with a very last minute booking! We would love to visit again!

The Three Brothers Cabin is perfect for families and large groups and was an absolute paradise for our kids. They loved the game room, movie theater and being able to swim at the house. We spent a lot of time at the waterpark area playing mini golf, enjoying the lazy river and hot tubs as well. The home is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t realize how great the proximity would be to food and Dollywood as well. The home was well stocked with supplies, towels, kitchenware etc. The host was very responsive. We will be back!

This place was fantastic! High quality, very clean place with fully stocked kitchen including two kids boosters seats, plenty of towels, and gorgeous view! Theater room was great for watching basketball tournament games & movies, indoor pool was great for the kids, hot tub great for adults, and the water park area was fantastic with plenty activities! Highly recommend!

OMG, this place was everything we needed. Very clean, great location, pretty much everything we needed was available to us. We most definitely will return.

This cabin was by far the best we have ever rented. The amenities were all top of the line. We could not have asked for a more comfortable stay.

Excellent for Family Getaway

Well designed for families. Plenty of things to in Cabin. Has everything you need in kitchen. Short distance to restaurants and activities.

Perfect stay!

This home and Amy were wonderful. The home was very clean and had all of the accommodations to fit everyone’s needs. Each on suite was perfect to have space and privacy. The views were beautiful out the back deck. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our stay was fantastic, and our accommodation was flawless. As grandparents, we enjoyed having our children and grandchildren there. Access to all levels was easy, with wide stairs that ensured comfort for everyone, from 6 months to 67 years old. The theater room, pool, and game room suited our needs perfectly. If it were possible, I would rate our hostess above 5 stars; she was truly exceptional in every aspect. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

The house was in a beautiful setting facing the mountains. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic for colder days. The resort pool amenities are incredible, and the fact that it was already open for us in April was key as most other area resort outdoor pools were still closed. The kids loved mini golf. The kitchen and main living spaces are tight for a house that is meant to sleep so many people. However, with so many things to do outside at the property resort and in the National Park (take the backroads and bypass to avoid Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg traffic), it worked fine for our extended family.

Wonderful! Four nights. 7 adults 5 children. Everyone had plenty of room. The indoor pool, movie theater was a great time. Plenty of room for sleeping accommodations including bunk beds with their own TV. The resort amenities were over the top as well. Lazy river, miniature golf, hot tubs. Just a great time

Excellent Stay!

Loved this property and the water park. We were mostly gone to the waterpark everyday. Having a well- maintained private pool and hot tub was a plus. Having 3 locations to gather (main floor, theater room downstairs, and game room upstairs) fit the bill for everyone. Wow, the kitchen was so we'll stocked and greatly appreciated since we cooked all our meals. Having a kids pack n' play, portable high chair and kids plates etc so excellent. Only complaints were with cleaning crew which left the floors dirty (the bottoms of our feet were quite dirty) and they weren't done upon our check in time, but the communication with the property manager was great! Would definitely stay again.

Best Stay ever

I can't say enough about this place. The location is so awesome. It's only a couple of minutes from Parkway, but yet you feel like you're back away from everything, but don't have to worry about all of the hills and mountains. The resort is going to be awesome when it's completely done.... even now, with it being built still, it's awesome. The house itself was amazing. It was perfect for us.Everything about it was just amazing, and we will definitely stay again. There's not a single thing. I can complain about it was so clean, so beautifully decorated. Everything was explained, it was just perfect.

Perfect house for family vacation!

The house was incredible and beautiful. Plenty of space for the whole family. Indoor pool came in handy during the summer storms. Plenty of kitchen aides- cups, plates, utensils, etc. Location enough off the parkway with great view of the mountains. Yet close enough to get to everything on the parkway. Neighborhood under construction as described but we didn’t notice any noise or have any issues. The host communication was detailed and timely. We would come back again for sure.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my MIL's 75th bday. The accommodations and amenities were excellent! Other than visits to the outlet mall or grocery store, we stayed onsite. If we were planning to do Gatlinburg and all the things, it may be a bit far but we knew we weren't. The kids loved all the amenities and we didn't even have enough time to experience them all!The kitchen layout is a little tight for the number of people who can stay there but nothing terrible or a deal breaker. I wish there were more hooks, etc for towels throughout the house as we had pool/shower towels plus swimsuits to hang, but again, not a deal breaker.Thanks for hosting the 3 brothers and families at the three brothers cabin!
