Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King bed, ensuite bath, smart TV, double closets, and a desk for those pretending to "work from home."
Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): King bed, ensuite bath, smart TV, and yep – another closet.
Bedroom 4 (3rd Floor): King bed, ensuite bath, smart TV.
Bedroom 5 (3rd Floor): King bed with queen-over-bunk, private bath, smart TV – room for all the sleepyheads.
Bedroom 6 (3rd Floor): King bed, ensuite bath, smart TV – more space for your luggage.

MILITARY, VETERAN, POLICE & FIREFIGHTER DISCOUNT
We are proud to offer all current military, veterans, police, and firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first, then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check-in.

We have 6 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and can accommodate groups of up to 120 guests, all within walking distance of each other. We also offer side-by-side cabins if you need more than one. Ask us for additional info.

Please note: The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction. There may be some construction noise and vehicles during your visit. These homes are very insulated, so the noise is limited inside. Refunds are not available and prices are currently discounted due to the construction.

Other Things to Note:
The community amenity park is now open and available to the guest at no additional charge and it is included free with their stay. The community park will have a lazy river, outdoor theater, outdoor pool, outdoor fire pits, life-size billiards, kids splash pad and more.

📆 Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.

✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.

✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
