Fully remodeled adorable bungalow located in the very convenient community of Lookout Valley, nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain, Enjoy the views of the mountain from the level fully fenced in back yard - which also includes a workshop with power for extra storage during your extended stay. Extra bonus includes a level fully fenced in yard as well to enjoy the quaint neighborhood from the covered front porch.

This home was recently taken down to the studs and remodeled with lots of attention to detail and gorgeous finishes. Fresh exterior and interior paint, updated floor plan (adding a full 2nd bathroom), stunning new kitchen, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large pantry is located directly off the kitchen, accessible via pocket door, which provides more than ample shelf space. Lovely new engineered hardwood flooring throughout, with tile in both bathrooms, for easy maintenance. Pamper yourself in the luxurious modern bathroom with gorgeous design features, include a full tile walk-in shower.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for meal prep and clean-up, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig. Additionally, you’ll find a toaster, blender, waffle maker, crock pot along with ample dinnerware, cookware and utensils for all your cooking needs. As you head out the back door, to enjoy the views and the back yard, you will find a laundry room equipped with new stainless steel washer and dryer.

Utilities are included in rent including high speed internet. The kitchen table is located next to a bench window seat which provides a perfect place to work from home with beautiful views of the mountain.

LIVING AREA: includes ample seating via couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman. TV is located in corner to allow viewing from kitchen area as well.

PETS:
This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional consideration upon request. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home. All dogs must be on a leash (when not contained in fully fenced yards) to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags. We ask that dogs are kept off furniture.

HOUSE RULES:

- Property is managed by iTrip Chattanooga who will be the primary point of contact for all guests
- Primary Renter must be 25 or older
- Smoking/vaping strictly prohibited
- No parties, excessive noise or events are allowed
- Quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the home
- NO FIREWORKS of any type are permitted
- Rental fees include a non-refundable $59 Limited Damage Waiver, in lieu of a security deposit
- All stays less than 90 days will incur State and Local taxes, which are required and cannot be waived by iTrip Chattanooga
