The cabin was very nice,but was disappointed that we were switched to a different cabin than the one we booked. The one that we booked and paid for had an indoor swimming pool,and the one that we were switched to did not. The cabin that we stayed in was very nice though!

Great stay.We enjoyed ourselves and were very impressed with the cleanliness and all the activities inside. Our only recommendation would be to get the pool water warmer it was breath taking cold.

Beautiful cabin, extremely clean! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool! And we did get a bear sighting!!! Very conveniently located to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful house. Rooms are big and beds are soft and comfy. Pool is great as well as hot tub just watch out for the cleaning fees that aren't told until last stages of check out. Grill needed replacing and didn't work. No safety railing for bottom level even though there was bears throughout my visit. Hopefully owners will address that for some serious safety issues. Otherwise was a beautiful location and stay. Would rent again.

Great cabin. We have stayed in a few and this one by far was the cleanest we have walked into. Beautiful decor. Pool was a little cold for us Florida folks lol , but that is nothing against the host or cabin. The hot tub was great as well as the fire pit. Great location to Dollywood and Downtown Gatlinburg. Highly recommend this cabin. Next time we head back to Tennessee we will book this cabin again

Amazing Cabin

We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends. The cabin is amazing, clean, and brand new. We loved the location off the beaten path. The pool and hot tub topped it all off! Thank you for our amazing weekend.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property is in a fantastic spot as a home base for your Gatlinburg activities. We were there for a soccer tournament, GREAT place location as it is a very short drive to the sports complex. That is where the positives stop. The water ended up going out the 2nd night of our stay. The communication with the call person is extremely cumbersome. You cannot talk to a lb actual person from 10pm-8am, you can only text within the VRBO app. We had maintenance out and they “fixed” it. Within one hour, no more water. You can imagine no toilets would flush, bo showers for us who have been out sweating all day in the hot sun or for our athletes who played in over 100 degree heat. Not to mention water in the kitchen for cooking/cleaning or for laundering nasty uniforms for the next day. After sending messages in the app and calling right at 8 am on Sunday, we finally got a phone call that maintenance would again come out. It was 12:30 by the time maintenance came. We were supposed to stay another night. So, we started to cook lunch-wouldn’t you know, the grill didn’t work and the water never came back on. So, after a stress filled weekend we all tiredly got into our vehicles and drove home. Our weekend completely ruined. I would have expected a full refund for our stay but that did not happen. Extremely disappointed in our stay.

Our team did coordinate maintenance visits and continued working with you as the situation developed, but we regret that the issue returned and that the timing of the follow-up affected your ability to enjoy the rest of your visit. We understand that this was especially difficult after long days in the heat, and we’re sorry the experience became so stressful for your group. Our family spent thousands on our once-a-year vacation, bringing 13 people (ages 5-70) to the Smoky Mountains. We arrived after an 7 hour drive to a cabin with no running water—no toilets, sinks, showers, or way to cook 500 in groceries. I immediately reported it through calls, texts, emails, and the app. Instead of sending maintenance, we were told to troubleshoot the property ourselves. After 5½ hours, we were told water restoration could take days and were initially told we could walk across the road to use the bathroom. Only after insisting were we moved around 11 p.m.The replacement cabin had AC issues, followed by a power outage. We lost the equivalent of more than two days of our vacation dealing with maintenance and customer service.The cabin itself was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The problem was the property management and host's response.The host offered only about a 10% refund, and this was after a week of texting, calling, emailing and messaging. This was also after multiple attempts of resolution.Families deserve better support when something this serious happens.

Amazing Experience

Our stay at the Gatlinburg home was absolutely perfect! The hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible, making the entire booking and check-in process a breeze. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone. It was an ideal setup for our family, especially for the kids who couldn’t get enough of the pool and hot tub. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring Gatlinburg. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Cabin with lots to do!

We stayed here at the end of September for a volleyball tournament. We had 2 families along with the coaches. There was so much to do inside the cabin for the kids! It rained the whole time we were there so it was nice for the kids to stay busy with the games, pool, and hot tub! Beautiful cabin, comfortable beds, and amazing porch with a gas fire pit. Only thing the cabin is lacking is enough plates/cups, etc. Make sure you bring some paper dishwater! 😊 would definitely come and stay here again!

I surprised my spouse by having her family meet us there for a surprise 60th birthday. This property had something for everyone in our group to enjoy. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and video games were all used and loved. The home and grounds were very clean and quiet. Parking was ample and easy, and our hosts were very friendly and exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer! And yes, we saw bears!

Really great space. Unfortunately the water wasn’t working when we got there. A village issue, but took a while to resolve and find a solution. Owned by a company with lots of rentals so communication was spotty.

The property was absolutely beautiful and stunning. The first day we got there we got to see some bears and the next day we got to see a bear and her cubs. That was a site to see. The only problem we had was in the morning both coffee makers were broken. My son figured out a way to get his coffee. I did message them. They got a coffee pot out right away and the next day we went to barbecue and the barbecuer was broken held together by foil wrap. Unfortunately, we had to bake instead of barbecue. I did let them know. But overall the place was perfect for my whole family. Plenty of space I am very quiet and peaceful place.
