The condo was just like the pictures. It was perfect for my family. Close enough to everything but quiet in the evening. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great place to stay

Really nicely setup place in a quiet condo complex, but still very close to the beach. It was an easy walk to Smathers even for two small children. Great option for families.

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Working with the listing agent was great. Ahead of our trip, we were alerted that an elevator was down, so our reservation was seamlessly changed to a different condo with a better view. I recommend this place at a great price.

Place is very spacious. Kitchen has most of what you need. Ocean is very close. Condo is on the 3rd floor, elevator only worked 2 out of our 6 days. Do open and close patio door carefully, as it does vibrate the walls.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool and the view. It's a bit on the outskirts of downtown so if you're driving, you need to leave enough time to find parking which is a bit of a chore & can get expensive but that's not the property's fault, just something to keep in mind. Accomodations were great, loved the king size beds and coziness of the condo.

Nice place

Enjoyed stay. Place was roomy, clean and across street from local beach. A little far from Duval but a rented golf cart fixed that issue.

Awesome place

Very clean and everything you could possibly need is there. Nice having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Will stay again next year.
