Vacation Get-a-Way

We loved staying at this property. We were right across the street from the Lansing Lugnuts baseball stadium. We went to 3 games.

Thanks for the review - it seemed like it was a perfect review but only came out to 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Anything less than 5 stars is considered a fail for us.

Convenient and Clean

Great location for any event at the Lansing Center, visiting the Capital or a game at the Lugnuts Stadium! The apartment is clean and has a great view of the Stadium and Capital.

We were in town for the MSU Parent's Weekend. The condo is absolutely beautiful (may have to steal the 1/2 bath glass sink and cool pump faucet idea!) and very comfortable. We loved the 2 balconies to see the gorgeous day and night city views. Biggby coffee shop is on the ground level, and the property is a block or so by the best restaurant in the city (my opinion), Bowdie's! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Calm and convenient

Our girls attended a dance competition at the Lansing Center and the condo was so convenient. It is close to the Centre, restaurants, and even the supermarket. The condo was everything we needed and included everything we needed for a successful and stress-free four days! 10 out of 10; would definitely return!

Great corner location! View the Lansing Lugnuts Stadium from one balcony and the State Capital Building from the other balcony! Seeing the Capital Building illuminated at night was a bonus! It’s close to the Lansing River Trail, LCC (pretty garden/koi pond), and just a mile walk to Old Town. There’s a great restaurant (Sidecar) on the first floor and a Meijer Marketplace a block or so away. The kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you need. If you’re going to downtown stay here!

The room was excellent, we enjoyed the stay. The coffee pot stopped working in the second day and they sent someone over immediately to take a look. It was replaced by the time we returned to the room later that same evening. The only thing that put us off a bit was we received a message the day before our stay that said: to complete your stay please choose one of the following:1) Pay 300 today with no refund to cover any damages. Or2) Put 1000 HOLD on your credit card for damages. Hold will start the day of your stay and won’t be refunded for up to 6 days after check out. For one day the hold on card will be 2000 and then one drops off and one hold for 1000 remains for the 6 days after check out.

The home has two options as far as security deposit. 1 is a non refundable smaller amount that covers damage up to $600 and the other is a fully refundable pre authorized hold (not a charge) that is $1000 and gets dropped 5 days after checkout with no damage. These have been industry standard and have not generated any complaints in the two years we've run this home

Great spot in Lansing

My brother and I are going on stadium tours around the Big Ten and decided to stay in this condo only a 10 minute drive away from Spartan Stadium. The condo was extremely nice! Spacious, upscale accommodations with very cool views. The shower and bathrooms were very nice and the bed I slept in was very comfortable. Check in process was easy and the hosts were responsive. I left a tee shirt behind and they offered to mail it to me. My only note for guests selecting this property would be that the street noise can be a lot at night. I put on some background music and was fine for sleeping. Otherwise everything was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.
