Very clean. Easy to get into. The host has done a lot of work to make the space comfortable. Great spot for a quick in and out for the NYS Fair.

We stayed 3 nights to spend time with family and visit the NY State Fair. The location was convenient. The house was as advertised and well appointed. We didn’t cook any meals but it looked like there was sufficient pots and pans to do so if desired. There was plenty of soaps, paper products and towels for the weekend. At times you could hear ambient noise from the street and upstairs renters, but that’s to be expected. My only complaint was that I had to reach out to the host for access information. I also reached out for check out instructions but we never received any. I wish all that information would have been in the VRBO email. Other than that, we have no reason not to stay again when visiting family.

Perfect for a quick stay

Only spent a day here but it was good enough to lay our heads as we were passing through the 315. The game table was a fun touch!

The worst experience I have had. We got in late and were getting ready to sleep. We had a party of 7 and so we booked the accommodation as it showed sleeps 8. 3 rooms with beds and one sofa bed. So as we were getting ready to open the sofa bed, we realized there were no linens for the bed. I message the host and vrbo about it no answer from the host. As I opened the sofa bed to see if it was left in there, the bed was not cleaned or vacuumed, it was filthy and nasty. There is no way you expect to someone to sleep there. On the call with vrbo now at midnight, already tired from a 8 hrs ride to the short term rental, tired and exhausted and can’t get any help. Also seemed like the other beds were not cleaned or made, we found an old vape in the bed. Also there were cobwebs in the home. This is was true disaster. We were there to move our daughter into school, had a busy and long day ahead of us and did not get any rest. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper.

Concert

It was beautiful. Clean and well spaced for my family. Neighbors were kinda of rude. But we did not let that ruin our stay. We had fun! Will do again!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS RENTAL!!!

This rental was TERRIBLE. I would give zero stars if I could. Booked this property 3 weeks ahead of my trip. Paid in full. Contacted the host on three separate occasions to ask about parking at the property and received no response. On the day of our scheduled check in (check in time was 3pm) our reservation was canceled 2 hours AFTER our scheduled check in and left my family scrambling to find a last minute rental. The host answered my call 1 time and then hung up on denied my phone calls after thay and offered no explanation and I STILL havent received my refund for the canceled reservation. Avoid this hassle at all costs and do NOT book this unit.

Some of the fault comes not from the owner but the booking site itself. I was never sent instructions on how to get into the property and spent over 30 minutes on the phone for them to call the property owner to give me instructions to get in. The owner first declined me early entry but then was nice enough to let us in an hour early due to us having a wedding to get ready for. The area is in a really unsafe location though, the first thing you see when you come around the corner is dilapidated houses and a weave in front of the house. We were woken up very early from the upstairs neighbor shuffling around and then sweeping the porch. Large visible amount of mold in the bathroom shower. Aesthetically pleasing place though overall.
