Welcome to your bayfront retreat on Kent Island—where comfort, convenience, and coastal charm come together. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers stunning water views, a private dock, and a fully fenced yard, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups.
Enjoy the sunset over the bay, sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck, or drop a line from the dock and watch the boats go by. The home features an open-concept living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms designed for restful nights.
Located just minutes from Annapolis, and under 2 hours from Washington D.C. and Baltimore, this is your perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you're kayaking, crabbing, dining on the water, or exploring the historic charm of the area, you’ll love calling this place home—even if just for a few days!

The property is in a lovely neighborhood, we ask guests to be courteous to our neighbors and the neighborhoods.
Other Things to Note:
All our homes contain property specific guides to things like WIFI, pool and spa rules, thermostat directions etc..
These guides will be in the kitchen and throughout the home.
A lease will be sent after booking to be signed as confirmation.
A pet fee of $200. is required per dog max 2. Toilet paper and paper towel are provided to get guests started. Guests will need to bring additional for the remainder their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.
We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.
Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
