Susan - Thanks for the 8/10 review despite your many concerns. I reviewed all of our communications with your group during your stay and I can’t find a single one of these complaints there. In fact, nobody replied to our messages at all. We sent one asking what you were in town for when you first booked. Then another after you checked in to see if everything was OK. We sent another two before and after your check-out. Had you voiced any of these concerns, we certainly would have done everything we could to try and make things right. There’s nothing we can do after the fact except to thank you for this valuable feedback so we may make improvements for future guests. We apologize that you did not experience the kind of 10/10 stay that our guests have come to expect. We hope to host you again so we can make it up to you.
