Located just a short walk from vibrant bars, incredible restaurants, Orange Theory, and a grocery store. Explore the outdoors with a jog or bike ride on the nearby Monon Trail. The gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a luxurious new home, only 15 minutes away from downtown & Keystone@Crossing!
*any stay the is longer than 15 days will have an extra $150 added to the cleaning fee

Any check in, on a Holiday will have an additional cleaning fee of $50 added to the reservation.

**Glass doors to the back porch are currently out of use. You will need to walk around the side of the house to use the back patio**

We have a ring doorbell camera that faces the street. This is only used for protection of the house. This is also the only camera on the property.

This place is wonderful - beautifully done and noticeably nicer than many of the homes in the neighborhood. It was recently renovated and feels clean, modern, and up to date, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The owner was responsive and very helpful throughout. Thank you!

Fit Description. Great Value.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter, who’s a senior at Butler, and wanted a spot close to campus so we could easily get to a basketball game. It was also important to have enough space for our family of five and room for a few of her friends to hang out one afternoon. This home worked out great!The layout is spacious and well thought out, and the kitchen is fantastic—plenty of room and well-equipped. The living room was comfortable, and the upstairs bedrooms had nice beds. The only challenge we ran into was the heating—it was a very cold weekend, and the temperature balance between upstairs and downstairs was tricky. The downstairs would be chilly while the upstairs got too warm, and we couldn’t quite get it dialed in. That could have been user error, though, since we’re from Florida and not used to managing a heating system in colder weather.One small surprise was that the home is actually one half of a duplex, which we didn’t realize at first. It was a little tricky to find, especially with what looked like an abandoned house next door. For a moment, we worried we had the wrong place, but once we figured it out, everything was great.Overall, this home matched the listing and photos perfectly and was a great value for the price. Would definitely recommend for a Butler visit!

Although the home is very new there were a number of items that were not great. The king bed was very very soft and it was like springs were completely shot. We did not use it. The ice maker is very loud and does not turn off. There was no hand soap in any bathroom. The coffee maker was very dirty with multiple stacks of filters and old grounds in left for who knows how long. One of the other beds had hairs on the sheets and when we went to change them with other sheets the other sheets in the closet also had hairs, did find one sheet without hairs and changed it up. The bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms had hairs on the floor. The bathroom in the bacement has hairs on the floor. The master bath upstairs was cleaner, but had missing some cabinet drawers. The garbage bin outside the front door was completely full of garbage and infested with bugs, no idea that last time it was pulled to the curb. The AC was very nice, the TVs are nice and the house is very big. It was also brought up before that the back glass doors are broken and the furniture in the back is very very dirty and would never be used unless someone did some cleaning there. As I said its a new home and looks like some things have since broken and have not been fixed to care taken for some simple details.
