We stayed with our toddler and two dogs and really enjoyed it. The house is beautiful, but what we loved most was the neighborhood — so quiet and peaceful. Check-in was easy and everything was ready for us. We would happily stay again.

Family visit

Family stayed in the house and loved the property. It was perfect to allow them all their own bedrooms and a quiet place to retreat every night. House is right in our neighborhood so it was very convenient.

Beautiful getaway home

It is a super spacious home with beautiful views. They have a huge upper balcony and lower balcony area where you can hang out. They have a huge kitchen with lots of counter space if you wanted to cook a nice meal. They also have a foosball table for entertainment. This was a very perfect stay for me and my friends and I love how easy the check in and check out process was. Also each room had their own unique style and pretty spacious as well.

Convenient, nice home in a quiet neighborhood

This VRBO was exactly as advertised. The owner was clear with instructions and quick to reply. The house was clean and nicely laid out. There was plenty of off street parking, too. The owner's instructions for clean up before checking out was simple and reasonable. Can't go wrong booking here! Thank you, Vanessa!

2025 gem and mineral show

This is a great place, big. 4 of us get together every year for the gem & mineral show. This place fit us perfectly, enough room for everyone spaced out enough that sounds weren’t an issue. Location was outside of Tucson but not too far. We saw great wildlife the back yard was nice. Great living room and dining room enough for games and just relaxing after a great day at the shows.!!

House was large, we only used a small part. No ice or ice maker and no water or other drinks on arrival. Refrigerator very loud and sounds like on last legs.

Enjoyable Stay January 2025

The house was very spacious and accommodated the 7 of us nicely. The one bedroom with 3 beds is mainly for teens and children. Not sure adults would be comfortable in those beds. The master bedroom was very spacious with a large closet and bathroom. The two upstairs bedrooms were nice and shared a nice bathroom. It was on the cold side so we didn't spend time in the back yard. There was a deck outside the 2nd story master bedroom and that would be nice to use in warmer weather. Probably only complaint would be the living room did not have enough comfortable sitting for the 7 of us let alone 9. There is a small den with foosball game and two love seat recliners, but that didn't help when all of us wanted to be together in the living room. We loved the neighborhood -- quiet with a nice amount of space between homes. House situated conveniently to our family who lived in Vail and north on Houghton. We would consider staying in this house again.
