The home is roomy with a great layout for larger groups. The pool was refreshing and clean. The beds were comfortable (that’s a huge plus when traveling). Check in and check out was simple and easy.

Jessika is a fabulous host. Property is beautiful, pool was so refreshing. I live local but just wanted a get away with my daughter and her friends and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

This is a great location! The house was great! I especially loved the coffee bar! Plenty of room. The pool looked nice but it was cool at night and the water didn’t get warm enough during the days. Would stay here again!

Home was nice and in a great location for us. Property was how it was explained on the listing. Hostess was very fast at responding and worked well with our late checkin . Overall great property and would rent it again!

House was very clean, comfortable, very spacious. Area is great, but southeast of Tucson main. Easy access to highways though and lots around the property (grocery, restaurants, etc.

Very clean and well kept property. We stayed here for a family funeral and it was a prefect location to everywhere we needed to go.

It could be fabulous but the beds were not very comfortable, light bulbs were out in the bathroom, the furniture wasn’t comfortable and the kitchen was short on glass plates. The neighborhood was good and was convenient to grocery stores. We enjoyed our time in Tucson.

The house was lovely. We so enjoyed the pool and back patio. The house was clean and enjoyable. Great coffee bar. The bedding could be updated. The sheets were really old/scratchy. There were no “starter” dishwasher tabs or extra tp. Other than these few items, all was great.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday with six adults and had a wonderful experience. The home was very spacious and comfortable, with three open rooms that worked perfectly for sitting, dining, and relaxing together. It never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to spend time as a group while still having space. The location was great for our family visit, and we especially enjoyed going to see the Winterhaven lights in Tucson. Overall, a great place for a holiday stay—we would definitely recommend it.

The house is very spacious and lovely! A bit too cold to use the pool but the outdoor space is really nice!House is well equipped with lots of things needed for cooking and the well stocked coffee bar is a VERY nice addition!We had some questions along the way and she was very responsive and helpful.

Pros: - Close to Saguaro National Park.- A nice house with a coffee bar.Cons: - Pool is tiny. Not meant for actual swimming - 12 febreeze plug ins. I am allergic, so this was a nightmare. We tried to air the house out, which didn't really work. My mom and I both woke up with horrible headaches and inflamed sinuses, and I was coughing the next two days. Our clothes smelled awful and had to be washed.- Dirty and ill cared for. Kitchen was not clean. Trash in the bag. Front of the fridge / fridge handles were greasy. Cutting board was in two pieces. Spill in drawer from prior guest not cleaned up. Pots had been used and put back dirty. Bathroom sink did not drain properly and sink and tub drain stoppers had been removed for some reason. - Sheets were made out of some unidentified material that was scratchy and felt like plastic. Bring your own sheets if you decide to rent this place even after reading this.

These people were probably the worst guest we have ever hosted! We have hosted many guest and never had the experience we had with this customer. First off never not once did they ever mention that they are allergic to plug in’s if this is the case you should have asked if the home has plug in’s before you went so the host can make those adjustments and accommodate you. Why would you rent a home without letting the host know what you’re allergic too. ( that’s like you going out to eat and not letting the cook know that you have a allergy to a certain food you can’t accommodate someone if they are not aware!!!) The pool is not small and if that how you felt that you should have not booked out property there are pictures and you saw exactly what the pool looked like before you rented out home. We have hosted many pool parties and never had complaints about our pool!!! The house does not smell so if your clothing had a smell that was due to how ever your clothes smell before checking into our property. Unfortunately we would not know if the cutting board was cut in half unless a prior guest would had said something so know that we are aware we will definitely replace it. Dishes are not put back dirty and you complaining about a sink stopper that just had to be twisted back in there was absolutely nothing wrong with the sink or the bathtub. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with the sheets and if that’s how you felt you didn’t need to sleep there. This guest was told where trash bins were and still decided to leave trash by the front door. Guest was very disrespectful over exaggerating about 5 million plug ins do not rent to this guest!!

The property was great and at first the property owner was very nice. I even asked to book a 3rd night and she was able to let us stay at a discount price. But after check out things went out of control.. I informed her that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms very little dish soap(she told me we should have used the dishwasher instead),no shampoo or body soap in the dispensers in the showers, and only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms ( she told me that there was 2 extra rolls in each bathroom,basically I was lying) I told her I was just informing her to let her know whoever she has cleaning is not doing there job correctly. The house also has a pool but no pool towels. 2 days after check out she informed me that 3 out of the beds were broke. I know for a fact this was incorrect. She then turned really nasty. I asked for pictures but she would not produce them. I then told her my son would like to come see the damage and she told me " if me or my son comes near the property that they don't call the cops". I am sorry but if someone damaged my property I would be more than happy to show them the damage.I was visiting from Germany and was heading home, so I could go myself.She also said if "I keep sending her messages there would be problem". I would be very careful when renting this property. If you do please make sure you take pictures before and after to save yourself the trouble. I am speaking with VBRO and they also are waiting on pictures.
