Room and grounds were very clean. Pool was great. Overall the property was awesome. The AC quit on the last day, no big deal. The only downside was the constant construction noises coming from outside.

We had a great stay, property was as described . The pics are accurate. Location was great and the communication was prompt. We flew in early and was able to check in early. We would definitely stay here again. Clean and well stocked.

We love that you can see the ocean from the pool and that umbrellas are readily available for no charge. I am happy that I don’t have little kids because a family was chastised for their kids jumping in the pool, and that was not listed on the pool rules.

Perfect location right on the beach with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Pool was beautiful overlooking the ocean and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Host responds quickly with any questions or concerns.

Very nice condo!

Very nice however a bit noisy due to construction. Beautiful pool area and great beach. Having the umbrella and chairs was very convenient.

Perfect Location!

Great place for a family of 5. Had many amenities at the condo for the beach which was only a few floors down. The two free chairs and umbrella at the beach were awesome too!

Room was pleasant, had everything we needed. Only downfall was the construction going on at the resort. Very loud and dusty.

Perfect getaway!

Condo/apartment was wonderful for our family! Place was very clean and updated. Great location to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host was so helpful in communicating things to see and do! Thanks for a memorable vacation! We will be back!

Awesome Condo Right On The Beach

We loved our stay! It was perfect for my husband and 2 boys ages 12 and 13. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex was perfect for sitting at the pool or on the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Great place

This unit was exactly as described and the host was excellent with communication. We loved the view from the pool that looked directly at the ocean. We also loved that this area doesn’t seem to be filled with tourists. It’s an easy drive to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

Excellent!

The location was awesome! Apartment was very clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Host replied very quickly to any questions or concerns. We will definitely re-visit in the future.

Great spot on the beach.

This place is exactly what is described. Right on the beach with a bromine pool and a large deck. Lots of patio chairs and sun umbrellas for lounging around. Great value for the price. 5

My experience

I'm a very cautious person but the experience I had booking, renting, communication, etc was great. I would recommend to anyone. It's fast,simple and safe. I'm glad we chose the route we did. Beautiful place and everything on point as described.

Condo was nice!!

The condo was nice and pretty much had everything we needed for the week. The host of the property was super nice and very easy to communicate with!! Condo came with valet service and beach chairs with umbrella included in the price. Only downfall I would say is that the pool is under construction so we had to go to the next condo and use their's...however it was a short walk from the beach to the pool next door so no big deal. Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!!

It ‘ ok, It hasn't failed but it needs some updates

The owner was very kind and he was always in touch. The location is very good, the parking and the service beach included is great, so for that I give them 4 stars, If that had not been the case I would have given it 3. Why 3 ? Because the apartment needs some renovation, and more kitchen items. Conclusion: for the price you pay, I will come back.
