We had a great stay. Easy access and instructions to close up. We were there for a family function. Too bad it was a very cold weekend. But still beautiful views and beach

Our family loved staying here. The house was set up perfectly for us. It is sort of a "duplex" situation, but the main house is plenty large enough to host everyone. The location was perfect, the street you cross to the beach walk isn't busy and is very safe. The house had everything we needed and we'd stay there again!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The house is split between the main house and a separate mother in law suite. This made it perfect for hosting two families and the bottom level does not have any steps - so great for anyone with mobility issues. The house is exactly as the pictures show. We were here all week for our wedding, and the house was perfect for hosting many families from afar! The fenced in backyard and pool was perfect for kids. You have beautiful views of the gulf and direct access to the walkway to the beach! The house is perfectly decorated as well- we had our photographer use this as the backdrop while getting ready, and the pictures turned out beautifully! Also, communication with the host was incredible- extremely responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a very good time. Wasn’t aware the house was divided, wish it wasn’t. Enjoyed the yard very much even though the grass needed help lol. Need dusk to dawn lights or spotlights on front yard and back yard near pool. Everything was clean and in gods working order. Contact and support was extremely good. We will be back!!!!!!

The house was so much fun. Lots of room to spread out with a big family. Walking across the residential street to the beach was so perfect. House had beach chairs and plenty of sand toys for fun with the kids and boogie boards . On the bikes that we roamed the neighborhood and rode to town.Other renters in the area were jealous of our location!Pantry had lots of spices to use. Bonus! There was Keurig and coffee pots.Had a wonderful stay and made many memories for our big family with the most perfect weather ever in October.Family wants to return next year!

Fantastic property host and communication - she was excellent! Very responsive and kind. However compared to other properties we have rented every year for years in beach home rentals this home has seen much better days. My guests had bad backs all week from the worn mattresses, only one side of toaster worked, available pots and pans to feed everyone where unusable/broken/old, main sink faucet barely worked. Poor water pressures in showers. There is simply not enough baths in a beach home to supply its listed ability to house 30. it’s is an older home but those are low cost fixable issues that need replacements. A door from outdoors did not close upon arrival causing guests not able to assess inside garage/ the main entrance to the ‘main home’ during tropical storm causing my guests to walk outside to inside for a simple cup of coffee in am during extraordinary high winds and rain)…again great response from owner promptly sent out her handyman same day to evaluate however my guests were told by said handyamn to use another door (outside vs inside during a tropical storm). We made the best of it but the layout of this home was difficult and it needs alot of cosmetic and simple fixes). I would rent from this owner again but not this home or from Vrbo, as the online pictures of this home made it look perfect (obviously photos taken years ago) but the condition upon arrival of the home was disappointing, especially for the very high price paid), sorry to say but truth.

715 Ariola was perfect for our large family. Cherie was very accommodating. This house has been lived in and feels welcoming. Do not expect a perfect, pristine atmosphere. This place is made for fun. The location is ideal and the amenities are perfect for families and kids.
