What a great stay! This was the perfect place for a wedding in Franklin. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the host was amazing. He helped us get an earlier check in due to a time constraint with a rehearsal dinner; communication was easy, quick, and kind. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space - we had 7 people a baby. The suite was perfect for a couple with a newborn - privacy and a door to shut off from the house for early bed times. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

We were a mature family group of eight (6/8 over 50 with 3 over 70) who found the house very comfortable and suitable for our wedding weekend. The home is very convenient to Franklin (visiting Merridees is a must) and to the Green Hills/Forest Hills areas which was where our events occurred. Our host communities quickly and well when questions arose and we would certainly consider stays at this location again.

Great layout for three couples. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. Quiet and convenient neighborhood and enjoyed the open floor plan for gathering in the kitchen/living room. Like all solid surface flooring too!

Check-in was smooth and somple. We had 3 little children so it would have been handy to have some plastic plates, bowls and cups rather than glass, but we managed.

Family Fellowship in Franklin

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay in Franklin while we visited with our Franklin based family. We had plenty of room in this updated home to spread out to sleep and a large space to all be together. The house was clean and decorated for the holidays. We would love to return.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Check in was easy and house was very clean, great location too. We had 10 adults - I think house might be better suited for 8 for our group of 60 year olds. The loft bedroom was up a steep ladder- we all felt too old to be climbing :).kitchen and living room were great for our group space wise. We comfortably enjoyed hanging out together in the open layout. Bathrooms were updated and very clean (though a few more washcloths and hand towels would have been welcome.) Kitchen had most basics but we missed having a casserole dish for cooking in oven and could have used a little more silverware. Overall the location and cleanliness made for a great stay.
