His is amazing place I rent it often to travel in from Florida to visit family there. We love the place so comfortable and close to everything. Highly recommend! Great fantastic Host.

The house was very nice and clean. It was well stocked with basics. The beds were comfy. The bath towels were nice quality. There were thoughtful touches like coffee pods, bath supplies, etc. The subdivision is beautiful. The pool is wonderful. The mojos tacos restaurant at the front of the subdivision is really good and convenient!

This was a wonderful townhouse to stay in! Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Restaurants and coffee shops within the neighborhood was so convenient! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

House was unbelievable. Extremely clean and everything was in its place. The host was very friendly and professional and made sure that everything was ready for us. I would definitely recommend this home.

The Host is amazing and accommodating And so helpful. We stayed a whole month and 4days . It is such a great location to everything. We loved the community with play ground and enjoyed the private community pool. Every evening would do my walking it was so safe and the temps were pleasant. Close to restarant in the community but within few travel minutes you have a grocery store at Publix in Berry Farms less than 4 miles. Downtown Franklin shopping is convenient and The Factory in Frankin shopping. Nashville is convenient and airport within 45 minutes travel with traffic . I only stay here if it is available !

Beautiful house. House was very clean and neighborhood was great. We spent a lot of time at their beautiful community pool. We would absolutely stay there again.

We are so glad you enjoyed the house and community. The Tollgate neighborhood is a gem, an easy freeway drive to all the hustle of Nashville, but far removed with its quiet family friendly vibe.

Went to Frank-land Tennessee to visit my daughter and family in Thompson Station Tenn. Lovely place to stay at. Very accessible to the area. A Great Hist if you have a question. 5 STARS will stay there again!

Wonderful property that was clean, beautifully decorated, with amenities and supplies to support our stay. Host was kind to communicate with. Friendly neighborhood in walking distance of cute shops, coffee shops, and plenty of places to eat.

This was my first time using VRBO and we had a great experience. The host promptly answered any questions. The place was clean and well decorated. It also had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. The neighborhood is beautiful - there are side walks and walking paths, and the pool was definitely a plus! If we ever come back to the area, I will be booking here again.
