Cozy hilltop retreat with stunning 360 degree mountain views!

Clean and cozy mountain retreat just 37 minutes drive to Kings Canyon National Park and an hour's drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Enjoy stunning 360 degree mountain views from your perfectly situated perch. Peaceful evenings can be spent sipping a beverage on the covered deck as you witness stunning and picturesque sunset views. This property is perfectly peaceful, a great place to recharge and enjoy nights under the vast stars.

Main bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and bedside tables with easy to access outlets. Living area has a pull out couch suitable for two, and a coffee table. A large flat screen smart TV, free wifi and board games will provide entertainment on quiet, secluded nights in the mountains after a long day hiking in the park. House is clean and comfortable with laminate flooring and mini-split heating and air.

The modest kitchenette includes a sink, air fryer, kettle, flatware, cookware, glassware and complimentary Keurig coffee during your stay. There is a gas grill outside adjacent to the covered deck. A four piece dining set on the deck is a lovely place to enjoy a meal al fresco.

This really is a top of the Mountain View. If you’re looking to get away, this is the place. However, it is remote so bring the supplies you need. About 40 minutes from Kings Canyon national Park.

Surrounding views were beautiful from every angle of the property. Hot tub and grill were perfect for a get away stay in vacation. Thank you for making our 9 year anniversary trip one to remember!

Very nice cozy place. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio. Lots of hummingbirds in the flowers. It was a beautiful place to stay and unwind after a long day.

We loved this place, it was perfect for small family like us. It is best place if you love nature and want to unwind. We had an amazing time just waking up where all you hear is the birds and bees flying around. We will definitely go back to it.

Pictures don’t do a justice - the space was comfortable, cozy, and situated in the most gorgeous setting in Dunlap. The hot tub was amazing after long days at sequoia. The drive might seem long to the park but it’s not so bad!

Best views ever! Beautiful home with a great outdoor area. We hiked in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks during the day and relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. The sunsets were spectacular. We saw California Quail and Hummingbirds.

This cozy property is an absolute five-star private paradise perched perfectly at the top of the mountain. The secluded location offers a peaceful, quiet escape where the panoramic views are simply spectacular, making the stunning sunsets and magical moonrises the absolute highlight of our stay. To top it all off, the hottub was an added bonus, and great after a day of hiking. Inside, the entire home was immaculately clean with fresh-smelling linens. The kitchenette was well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay (making oatmeal, coffee and toasted sandwiches). The host provided clear check-in instructions that made arriving at this mountaintop gem completely stress-free. We cannot recommend this beautiful property enough!!

We had the most amazing stay. The house was a perfect size for our family of 4. The views, the hot tub, it was all so magical. We hope to come back again soon.

Cannot recommend this cabin enough if you are looking for a relaxing getaway! The tucked away location has incredible views best enjoyed with coffee on the patio in the morning and watching sunsets from the hot tub in the evening. The cabin itself is so well appointed with everything you might need to enjoy your stay there. Very comfy bed, fast internet, super clean throughout, and loved the little snacks available for guests in the kitchen. The host was very communicative and quick to respond if you had any questions. 10/10 would recommend for location, amenities, and service from host.

Cozy place with lovely views

The house is located 45 mins from Sequoia/Kings Canyon though it will require driving on a switchback heavy road to get there. It feels very remote and quiet. It's just enough space for two people and no more. My only real issue was with communication. I found it difficult to get ahold of the owner/operator online/ via VRBO contact. It was much easier getting in touch with the listed phone number of the property. The Keys email never gave details about accessing the property (though I'm not 100% sure if it's an oversight of the owner vs VRBO) but I was able to call the phone number again to gain access. Overall, I'd say it was a nice retreat and I'd be happy to stay there again (esp if going to Sequoia/Kings Canyon).

This cabin up on top of a mountain had the most spectacular view! We woke up to birds chirping and hummingbirds flying around the nearby flowers (so beautiful and peaceful). We loved spending time in the hot tub and on the porch. I wish we could have stayed for more than one night.

Very quiet, beautiful view quaint place to relax before and after hiking/park visits. The sunsets can’t be beat. Has everything needed for a long weekend and the bed is super comfortable. Will definitely be back.
