It was clean. Parking is easy. Close to the ballparks and KC downtown.

The Hostess was wonderful. Messaged back quickly with any questions or concerns. The basement apartment was cute and perfect for what we needed.

Great stay if you’re in town for Gameday action. Accesible and not too far from downtown nor the airport. The host was great at communication. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear footsteps above since it’s a basement unit. The listing was just as described. Would come back to stay here again, for sure.

KC Stay

This place was nice, clean and very convenient for going to the game. The stadium is only 5 minutes away and the house is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great little spot tucked away just outside of KC. We had plenty of room to park our trailer and loved the pretty drive to and from the city. Tall folks might find the shower to be a little small, but it was fine for us 5'5"s. Host was quick on responses, got back to us immediately when I couldn't sort out the keypad. Comfy bed, free snacks, everything we used was clean and worked great. High recommend!

Very safe and quiet neighborhood and close to the stadium. The upstairs tenants were not an issue at all, normal noise for being downstairs. The only issue we had was there was a not so pleasant smell upon entering, addressed with owner and am sure it will be taken care of.

Great stay close to Arrowhead Stadium

We were seeing a concert at Arrowhead so wanted a place nearby. This is the bottom floor of a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood very close to the stadium. It is easy to get on the highway to the downtown area of Kansas City. The only downside is if someone is staying upstairs, you can hear the footsteps very easily so if you are a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine or use an ap on your phone. Overall, very happy with this cute little place!

It was a veey clean property. We liked how the place is fixed up. The one issue we had was you could hear everything going on upstairs. We are go to bed early people and the other renters upstairs were not. They were just doing normal things but it could be heard clearly as if you were almost in the same room. Other than that it was great. The location was ideal fot the game at Arrowhead. I would definitely book again but go for the upstairs unit.

This property is the basement to a home that was rented out above us to a bus load of people. You could hear every footstep and voices talking all night long. The people above us refused to answer the door for us to ask that they be a little quieter.

There was a bit of dishonesty and that the place has never specific enough to say that this is an actual basement. The steps to the basement are horrific there are no rails to hold onto it's quite stupid it's only six or seven steps but I have to bend my hand and since my wife and I are both seniors it was very difficult to steps but no rails or anything. So was very disappoint when we made statements about this with the rails we were told that they'll put that on their list. Also the last two days we were there we should be on Wednesday and Thursday morning morning about six or so and in the morning around 515 530 the upstairs place which I guess is another B&B was incredibly loud all over the place impossible to sleep in just very frustrating so no recommendation
