Beautiful property. Great view out our deck. Very peaceful.Clean, well-kept and updated.Kitchen is well equipped.Caution for people who might have trouble bringing their belongings up 3 flights of stairs.We loved it.

First off, location is fantastic for trail access and hikes along the beautiful Deschutes River. The condo is nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. We love that we can bring our dog, who enjoys the hikes and local brewery visits! We visit Bend regularly to see friends who live there and will definitely stay in this condo again. Check-in was also super easy and the Seventh Mountain Resort has nice amenities.

Our stay at Maria’s was wonderful, the place had everything you need to feel comfortable, it was very well organized, clean and comfy, and decorated so cute. We were grateful for the electric BBQ that was provided, it work perfect. The condo was had all the kitchen equipment that you ned to make meals in. The bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms were a . We have stayed at 7th Mt a couple of times, Maria’s place was the nicest and most welcoming and update. We will be back, hopefully it will still be available Thank you Maria

We had such a lovely time at this property. We enjoyed everything about it. Maria was very helpful, answering any questions we had promptly. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The best part were the views we had from the living room and balcony. We hope to have another stay very soon.

Great Spring Break Trip

We loved the location, the amenities, and views. Very clean, quiet, and homey. Nice local trails. Great place to land for spring skiing. We hope to come back for land-based activities another time!

Really nice condo. Had everything and very cozy. Highly recommend. I thought there was in unit laundry because it was listed but I think it’s in the complex somewhere. I may have misinterpreted the listing. Would definitely stay again.

We had a little problem checking in but wasnt owners fault- but owner took care of problem immediately. We enjoyed our stay and the owner went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The last vistors had broke her wine glasses- so we didnt have glasses for wine and the next day there was a bag with beautiful wine glasses at the door. That is going beyond and very much appreciated! Thank you for everything!

Very nice clean cozy top floor resort. Well stocked with everything needed especially for cooking. Beautiful views of the woods and distant mountains with large windows so lots of natural light. Lots of activities available at the resort including river rafting, swimming pool, jacuzzi, ice skating, cafe, restaurant, etc (though we didn’t use any of it so can’t grade it). Shared laundry at bottom floor. Plenty of available parking right in front. Great mostly car-free bicycling path from resort to town. Only thing we didn’t like were the showers were a bit dated. They worked fine, but we just love an awesome spacious modern shower with strong water pressure. Overall, a great place to stay, very responsive host, and we would definitely do it again when visiting Bend, a very fun town.

Awesome space. Nice kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven etc. only thing I would say (nothing against the owner or property) is you have to check in through World Mark people. You check in and then they say go over to the other desk to get your map. Then they have a super friendly person who tries to get you to come to a breakfast and learn about their property etc. super pushy. Just be prepared to say no and walk away.
