We’re glad you enjoyed the location and being able to walk right into downtown! We do want to clear up one concern, as we have time stamped photos showing the condo was cleaned and the bedding was changed prior to your arrival. The extra linens stored in the ottoman had unfortunately not been folded as they should have been, and we completely understand how that could have given the impression they were used. We apologize for that and have addressed it with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the doors and entry closet and will have our maintenance team take a look. The refrigerator does have a fan and makes the normal operating sounds we hear from similar refrigerators throughout the property, but for lighter sleepers we definitely recommend using the master bedroom, which is tucked farther away and also has a traditional bed rather than the sleeper sofa. These condos have been around since the 70s and certainly have some old school character, but with being steps from the river, easy walk into downtown, and the value are exactly why so many of our guests continue coming back year after year. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your feedback.

The combination of a scenic river location, nearby walking trails, and close access to Downtown and the highway definitely makes for a convenient and relaxing experience. Plus, a clean and modern unit always adds to the comfort which is a huge target we focus on for our guest. We are glad you had a great time. We look forward to having you again!

I am so sorry to hear that the wifi connection was spotty. Our HOA is actually actively working on a plan to improve the wifi over on that side of the property by hardwiring connections into each individual condo. So hopefully we can host you again in the future and that will no longer be an issue! :)

Michael, thank you so much for this feedback. The location here really cannot be beat and is one of the best features of this property. We do apologize about the wifi, we are taking on a huge project in the next couple of months to upgrade the wifi in all of our units. We hope to welcome you back in the future!

Jacqueline, thank you for this feedback. Unfortunately, we do not have staff here on sight 24/7 but we are glad that you got everything figured out with our after hours answering system. Also, if you ever choose to stay again, we have maps taped to the front door of the office for guests convenience. We will also be sure to take car of the wasp nest in that grill. Lastly, our trash is separated so we are not sure what you are referring to. We have recycling, glass and dumpsters all separate but we do not however have compost bins. We are glad that you enjoyed the location here and hope to see you back in the future to show you how awesome this place really is!
