Great place. Upon arrival, the house was spotless. Very convenient and quiet location. Pics are very accurate and portray what you are getting. Very happy with our stay and can highly recommend. Oh, and the host took the time to call us and let us know that the home was ready for an early check in - Great service.

The Cotton House has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is immaculate! Jenna is excellent at communicating with you. The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The bathrooms have wonderful soap, shampoo and conditioner along with awesome towels. Beds are wonderful. The house is close to downtown and walkable to MNSU college. We stayed there for the Mankato races on Friday night and Saturday (short drive to start and shuttle). Would also be excellent for a college visit.

The property was modern and spotless. Jenna was very prompt when responding to our questions.there are so many places near by, usually only a 15 minute ride. The neighborhood was very quiet. We liked being able to park our rental car in the garage.

The VRBO ad accurately represented the home; clean, spacious, nicely decorated and it provided everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of campus. Being able to use the garage was nice so as to not worry about things left in the car. It seemed to be a very safe location so we weren't worried about theft but better safe than sorry. Very responsive host.

This house was perfect for what we needed, to be able to attended family functions but still have our own space. We were able to maintain our routine, keep our own meals, and explore more of Mankato. What I really enjoyed was being able to have a family movie night each night while we were there. Highly recommend this location.

We loved our recent 4 night stay at the “Cotton” house. The house is Modern, Clean, Close to our family and easy access to other desirable destinations. The house is very clean. Surroundings are quiet. Full sized washer and dryer are a nice touch along with filtered water and ice in the efficient kitchen.
