FAQ's...

Do you offer early check-in or late check-outs?

No. Our home is in high demand! We use this precious little time to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines and complete any maintenance tasks so your stay is uninterrupted. If additional time is important to you, we recommend booking an additional night for your stay.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?

- No, unfortunately, we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Can I walk to town?

-That depends on how far you have to walk :) 99.9% take a car. It is 2.6 miles to downtown Pine City.


Do you offer a cleaning service?

- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?

- No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details.

NO parties or loud music; $500 fee - Quiet neighborhood 10 pm-8 am
Dogs; $250 fee 1st pet - $150 fee 2nd pet - Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals
NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $500 fee
No unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest - please double check your registration information at the time of booking and before arrival and let us know of any changes.

Please,
Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself.
Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful
Garbage days are Wednesdays for trash - Recycling is every other Wednesday. Please put it all into the garbage & and recycling into the cans. We ask that if you are staying over those days, you take the cans down and bring the empty cans back up.
Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should. We strive to keep the property in 5 STAR conditions.
The grill is propane. Please check propane levels when you arrive. There is a spare tank for you to use, which is located in the shed. If you use the spare, please let us know so we can refill after you checkout.
Please notify us when one runs out. If we are not notified, and you arrive at 2 empty tanks, please accept our apologies; run to the Hometown Ace Hardware or Walmart or both less than 10 mins away, and we will reimburse you. Please message your host.
