Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the wonderful view from balcony. Second bedroom and bath were very small but overall it was a nice stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with the exception of the beds. Although listed as queen size, they are very very small. We ended up trying to use the sofa bed but it was like laying in a hammock. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Great vacation just needs a little TLC in the room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got to our room Friday night around 10pm. Walked in the door and the key hook was hanging off the wall where it looks to have been caught on something and pulled loose. Reported it to maintenance but was never fixed. I checked when I left and there was a ticket put in to fix it but they hadn’t gotten to it yet. Other than that everything else was great. I will definitely be staying again next year.

U609 Royal Garden Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and OF view great. 2nd bedrm too small and so was shower. Carpet needs to be removed. Need ceiling light in living room. Very small unit couldn't use table in kitchen due to room size. W/D didnt use full of dryer lint and no instructions to dryer vent/bucket on floor. Didn't hate it, have had better. GCR staff are top notch thought will use them again but different resort.
