Everything about this place is highly recommended. I spent most my time on the balcony reading and people watching if I wasn’t on the beach. Its location is great the furthest we had to drive to anything was 30 minutes. But the depends on what you want to do.Communication with the host was very easy with immediate responses. The place was very clean and the beds so comfortable. Keeping it as a favorite for sure

Nana beach trip

Beautiful trip. Great condo. Host was great to work with. We had to leave in the middle of hurricane coming in so we were stuck in the middle of property preparing for storm and us trying to get out but they were very friendly trying to help people leave

Spring Break

Room was great. Has been updated. Great location down to the beach. Wish there was a dresser in the master bedroom for storage but not a show stopper. Needs a regular size 10-12 cup coffee pot. Only had a 2 cup one. Did have a Keurig but I didn’t bring Kcups. Would stay there again.

Nice Unit

I loved the layout of the unit. The view was amazing. The unit was super clean and comfortable. Quiet at night for the most part. I slept well and that is unusual for me away from home. There isn't much seating in the livingroom but only an issue if you spend a lot of your time indoors and most people do not. The only real issue was a lack of parking - forcing us to find paid parking nearby and we got a parking ticket. I assume not enough spots for the number of rooms/vehicles. It was a real issue our last 3 days there.

Thank you so very much for your stay! I do apologize for the parking situations. Some of the other management t companies pass out more than the allowed two per unit, causing availability issues! I will be glad to bring this to the HOA’s attention!

Unhappy

The place overall was not clean. Carpet in living room was very dirty as well as the couch. Laundry room had not been cleaned in a long while. Shower drains very clogged. It seemed like the bed spreads needed washed.

As instructions were sent to report anything upon arrival as units are inspected and with housekeeping assignments in place receiving high ratings, we can’t confirm who is at fault. After check out or two days after check in cannot give us an accurate assessment.
