We own in the building and know all the benefits of that location. It was easy to simply rent another unit there. The homeowner’s association does an aggressive job of maintaining the property and the building and amenities are fantastic. This is the best location south of the airport.

By far one of our best rentals inn 40 years of travel. The kitchen was equipped so that cooking in was easy. Restaurants, shopping and groceries were very convenient. Furnishings, including beds, were comfortable and the view in the property description were spot on. We will return!

Great Stay

NIce place to stay. Nice location. I only wish they had a ramp to the beach instead of stairs as it makes it difficult to take a wagon down to the beach but we managed.

Great beach stay

Great location on the beach! Spacious condo, clean & good access to shopping & activities. The condo was well equipped with dishes, utensils, bedding & blankets. We would definitely stay again.

Fourth time extended stay @One Oceans Place

We have used iTrips three times to book our Myrtle Beach South vacation. Booking online is easy, management has always been accessible and Mandy is so pleasant and helpful with any questions or concerns. The condo is clean, comfortable and spacious. Being right in the beach is such a pleasure. We do not use the garden/sunken tub/shower in master bathroom and the shower in the guest bathroom is “small” but that is what we use. Converting the Master bathroom tub to a walk in shower would be my only recommendation.

Great stay!

Everything was as advertised. Great view, right on the beach, roomy and clean. Only thing I would change would be a bigger bed in the master. Would recommend.

Beach vacay

One Ocean Place is a fantastic place to stay! The condo was amazing from start to finish! Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning and the view from the terrace was simply fabulous!

22nd trip to Surfside

We love the One Ocean Place property. This unit was Clean and nice. Comfortable beds, all kitchen needs. Beautiful view.

Amazing Accommidations

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was right on the ocean and was stocked with all that would be needed for a short stay. The cleanliness of the condo was better than I've ever seen and the set up was very comfortable. We will be returning!!!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Beautiful location! Great communication when making reservations and afterwards. The condo was spotless! Well stocked with everything you would need. We loved the table and chair set on the balcony. Property was very clean and taken care of. 24 hour security guards. We will definitely be back.

Little piece of paradise

We love staying at this condo unit we have stayed in area for years. This year we traveled with less so just needed a 2 bedroom this unit was perfect. Had all amenities we we need was very clean and organized. I have nothing at all bad to say about the unit. It was very comfy for 4 people and felt like our home for a week. We always love the Conch Cafe in walking distance and visit everytime we stay. Check in and out process was easy would definitely stay again when we need a smaller unit for 4

Ultra clean, tons of extra pillows, blankets, tons of convenience

Great experience. 180 degree awesome view of beach and ocean, clean large patio we had coffee on every morning. Convenient parking , great for loading and unloading. Elevator was fast and getting to and from the beach and pools was fast and convenient as well. Only weak spot was we thought the mattresses on the beds could have been of a little higher quality but would highly recommend this unit without hesitation.

Outstanding

Outstanding stay. Perfect area to lounge on a beach or wonder around. Lots to do & see. Mandy and her staff are excellent and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. I will definitely be booking with them again. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. You can’t go wrong by staying here. Parking can be challenging but if you are patient you will find a spot. But again just be patient.
