Welcome to our stylish 2-bedroom lakefront cottage, nestled on the shores of Lake Huron. This cozy retreat offers stunning views of the lake and a gorgeous neighborhood beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the spacious deck, or unwind in the beautifully decorated interior. The cottage features modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and an open-concept living area.
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

We enjoyed relaxing while taking in the beautiful views of the lake, using the comfortable couches inside and the outside deck table and chairs. Very short walk to get to the steps that lead right down to the sandy beach and water. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The communication with the host was 5*****she answered promptly to a question I had during our stay. Highly recommended!

The property was very Mildewy and Moldy. We were unable to stay do to Asthma. Even the family members without Asthma could not stand the smell. View was beautiful and the place looks mostly like it is advertised but they failed to mention the Mildew.

Great stay, beautiful setting!

Beautiful and quiet spot to enjoy the lake, beach, fireflies and very close to charming downtown Lexington. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Perfect "Up North" vibes. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice Beach Vacay

Lovely house, great view and perfect access to Lake Huron. Recommend beach shoes and extra beach chairs but everything else is already there!

As a regular user of VRBO, this was the best communication we have ever experienced. The view was terrific and very peaceful to sit on the deck and enjoy the water. Close proximity to the town of Lexington and other destinations was great. The living room was comfortably furnished and loved all the windows.Great supply of towels and of kleenex and games and puzzles. But, the bedrooms were cramped and dark and dirty. The bathroom was tiny and dark and the shower was hard to use. Found extra light bulbs but none seemed to fit the light fixtures in those rooms or in the light fixture over the dining room table which was a very dim light. Stumbled over random things left on the floor, so question the housekeeping situation. A very mixed picture overall. Would not return as it is. But it could be great with a little help.

Thank you for the detailed review, and for the kind words about communication — that means a lot. The lighting issue is a fair hit and an easy fix: we're replacing the bulbs in the bedrooms, bathroom, and over the dining table so those rooms are actually bright. We also want to apologize that the cleaning wasn't up to our standard. We're not perfect, but when something misses we want the chance to make it right — if there's ever a cleaning issue, please contact us right away and we'll have someone over quickly so the rest of the stay is comfortable. We're addressing this one with our cleaning team. Glad the view, the deck, and the living room worked well for you. You said it could be great with a little help — we agree, and we're taking that seriously. We'd love the chance to have you back once the work is done.

Awesome beach vacation!

Very much enjoyed our stay in this place! Its a cozy little 2bed, 1bath house that overlooks Lake Huron. The views are magnificent! There is access to a private beach just a short walk around the house. The house itself was very comfortable. It can sleep 8 people but since it has just a single bathroom, maybe perfect for a small family likes ours. The beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with lots of towels, beach towels, blankets, etc. I like to make my own meals, so was pleasantly surprised to find a well stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishes, silverware, Tupperware's for storage, pots and pans of all shapes and sizes. We will most likely be revisiting this place again next summer.
