We fished the big bass bash it was perfect place to get on lake with marina in n the same cove

Place was clean and really nice view of the lake

2025 Vacation

The property was beautiful and had great amenities. The host was awesome and responded to any questions quickly. Highly recommend this property it will not disappoint!!

The perfect place.

This place was the perfect house. Close to a lot of great bars and beautiful view of the lake. Super clean and spacious house for bigger groups. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would def recommend staying and will def be staying again when I visit. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

House met the needs of our party of 8. Ages in group was 11-79yrs. Beautiful view of the lake and when we weren't enjoying the water ourselves, you could easily stay entertained by watching other families enjoy the water as they pass by! Host was very responsive to text messages. Previous posts mentioned a lot of bugs outside and host stated had hired a professional pest service. There are still a lot of non-biting midges around the top deck, especially noticed when we had our lifejackets and towels out on the deck overnight to dry. But I don't expect a lake house to never have zero bugs.

Lydia was an excellent host - so responsive and supportive. The check in was easy and smooth. The house is located in a very nice area, close to lots of shopping and attractions. Inside was clean. Outside needs some clean up due to bugs but that I’m sure is challenging with the lake. Overall, it was perfect for our family.

Bachelorette party

House was clean and had plenty of room,big deck with a lily pad to swim off, plenty of room for parking and the neighbors were very nice!! Only complaint was bottom deck was covered in bugs, couldn't even enjoy it but I know that's also cause it so close to water.

After hearing your feedback (and noticing it ourselves), we realized it had become more of an issue than usual. We've since hired a professional pest control company to treat the area regularly, so future guests can enjoy every part of the property. Thanks again for staying with us!

Great location right on the water. The host texted to make sure if there was anything we needed and was responsive. It would be nice to have a few more blankets if needed to sleep at night. The beds only had a sheet and one blanket. The place was clean, however there were mosquitoes and May flies all over outside and wasn’t able to enjoy the outdoor amenities secondary to the bugs. The dock was a nice place to watch boats and skiers pass by, and soak in the views. Some good nature watching as well.

The stay before yours also mentioned the bug situation, so we’ve hired a professional pest control service to begin spraying regularly starting tomorrow to help resolve that issue. Great Location & Home

We stayed at Lydia’s home with three adults and five kids (ages 6-14). The home had ample space for us to spread out and sleep. The kids really swimming off the dock and there was a Lilly pad and other floats and towels for us to use. One note in the dock isn’t ideal if you want to chill there for hours and have drinks. Plenty of big boats coming in hot and heading for Lakehouse 13 and kicking up some big waves. But the second story deck had plenty of seating and great view as a backup. The location was perfect - about 12 minutes into Osage and 12ish min over to Laurie. Having a boat rental in the same cove was super convenient and let us get every minute out of the rental. No crazy roads to navigate to get to the property and easy parking. A great spot for a family getaway!

What a GREAT weekend. 5 all around. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for our family. It’s not the most upscale property but that’s not us. The location was perfect (Mile 12-13 on the water). There’s a convenience store within a 5 mins drive for everything we forgot. It’s also close to 2 different marinas w/boat rentals. Sadly, we made the mistake and ventured too far south into the more treacherous waters. It was rough to say the least and scared some of our adult children. We quickly made our way back north. Our Host was very accommodating and answered every question quickly. They messaged us the day before our trip and stayed in constant contact all weekend. Our kids loved the dock days. There was a lot more wildlife in the area than we expected. Everytime we drive in or out we saw deer. We fed ducks and geese off the dock. My wife loved seeing all the chipmunks around the house. Thank again. We will be back for sure.The Templetons
