My family and I loved staying at this property. It was a great location and tons of room. The only thing negative that I have to say is that the floors could’ve been cleaner. And the host was not as responsive as I am used to. But we would definitely stay here again, the location is absolutely perfect.

Beautiful property with a superb location. Proximity to beach and restaurants, shops and airport unmatched. Responsive to any and all communication. Check-in seamless.

Family Vacay

A bunch of family got together to celebrate. Everyone loved the home! It was close to the beach and close to just about anything you may need! Lots of room to move around. There’s an extra fridge which is so helpful when you have that many people. Love this place, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home! Perfect for our family of 12. Beach is so close. Just a street away. Property managers were right there if we needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this property. It was a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

House was beautiful spacious and all and all clean . Make sure you go buy toilet paper and paper towels right away house only comes with what you see we stayed a week and while I understand we will not get a weeks worth there was only 1 roll each bathroom big house lots of peopel also no pool towels we had to buy some small things all in all the stay was great and the house is great .

Bring Everything. Not impressed.

The house was in a great location and had a nice layout, but there were a lot of things to be disappointed about. They don’t provide a lot of basic things. This is a 14 bed house. We rented it for four nights. They gave us exactly four rolls of toilet paper—just one in each bathroom. They might not have even been full rolls. We were given two back up trash bags (but make sure you take all the trash out.) There were two “hotel style” coffee packages, but the machine was a k-cu0 and not compatible—so no coffee. No beach or pool towels. The pool was pretty dirty. I fished a beer can out when we arrived and there was a lot of black dirt and sand in it too. The floors looked cleans but turned out feet pretty black, and one of the bedroom door knobs fell off immediately. The closet in that room didn’t even have a door knob. The people in that room had no privacy. Overall, Harris Properties seems pretty interested in nickel and dining you. I think all my other house rental experience have been from a mom and pop situation. That’s much better than this corporate experience who didn’t really seem to care after they booked you.

That said, we’re sorry to hear some parts of the stay didn’t line up with your vision. We do our best to set clear expectations by sending a digital pre-arrival guide five days before check-in, which outlines what’s provided so guests can prepare accordingly. It looks like that may not have been reviewed ahead of your trip. We didn’t receive any messages during your stay regarding the pool or the coffee maker. Pools are cleaned on a set schedule, but had we known there was a concern, we would have gladly arranged an extra cleaning or addressed any missing items. We’re always here to help when given the chance and hope any future visits go more smoothly.
