Lovely 2 bedroom Golf Shore villa on the 17th hole on Seabrook Island

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa overlooking the 17th hole of the Seabrook Islands golf course.

Master bedroom offers a king-size bed, 2 twin beds in the guest room and the den has a pullout sofa. Private screened in back porch with fans is great for outdoor dining.

Villa is less than 1 mile to the closest beach access. Seabrook offers wonderful beaches and beautiful sunsets. The Freshfield Village and Bohicket Marina are a short drive and offer fun shopping and dining options.

This villa comes with access to property owner amenities at the Seabrook Island Lake House. Make this great villa your next vacation rental destination!!!

Amazing!!!

The house was clean and the host was very responsive if we had questions. The house was perfect for a family of 4. We loved looking out at the golf course from the screened in back porch and taking a short drive to the beach. Our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Debbie, but the host very willing to work with us. So amazing. We will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Nice Seabrook Island Retreat

Great communication with the owner, very clean upon arrival, nice accommodations. Late checkout and Lakehouse fitness center card were major bonuses for our family.

In town for a wedding

Condo was nice but needs a good cleaning. Mold in the shower and kitchen floor was sticky. Overall just did not feel comfortable that it was clean. Not a bug in sight though. But host responded very quickly regarding parking pass and that was appreciated.

Perfect

The condo was perfect. The location overlooking 17 green was amazing. We saw the most incredible wildlife during our evening walks along the golf course. Our only minor complaint was that we almost couldn’t make tee times because the owner of the condo was not a member of the golf courses. The amenities club was able to fix that with a nominal fee.

Great Stay

Greatly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook. The owner was quick to respond and will send you everything you need to know about the area. The property is a little dated but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Great place for a quiet stay near the beach.

Quiet Villa

This was the perfect spot for our small family to enjoy! It was tucked away and quiet with pretty views. We loved using the Lake House Pool and exploring the island.

Perfect weekend getaway

This villa was perfect for us and our two kids. We loved biking around the neighborhood and to the beach. King bed in master bedroom is really comfy and we loved the large screen porch overlooking the golf course!

Cook 2022 Summer Vacation

My adult daughter, her significant other and I really enjoyed our week at Seabrook Island, the place is great, I really enjoyed the screened in porch and spent many hours out there.

Very nice.

Rental process was easy. We had never been to the area before so we had questions, which were all answered quickly and fully. The Villa was very roomy, plenty of room for 5 adults. We enjoyed the large screen porch and greatly appreciated the ceiling fans in each room. We came for a wedding, but fell on love with the area and all there is to see and do, so we will be back sometime in the future.

Spacious

This property was bigger than we had expected and was a nice surprise! Easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 children. If you don’t mind it being a little dated, this is a perfect place tucked away on this beautiful island. Will keep this property in mind for our next visit. We love vacationing at Seabrook. Nice and relaxing.

Great location

Carolyn and I were in contact several times -- all favorable. The interior and the screened porch are dated. Carolyn is very aware of that and gladly received some hints I relayed to her in a letter.

Very nice place

It's a nice little 2-bedroom condo in a quiet area next to the golf course. Although there are a few things here and there that need to be replaced, it has been well maintained and met our needs very well.

Love Seabrook

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this property for the price we paid. The manager was very responsive., and the unit was relatively clean which is a high priority for us. Just realize, this place hasn’t been updated in many years. As long as you’re okay with a basic place to stay, this unit will meet your needs. Seabrook is amazing. We don’t spend much time inside when we are there anyway!

It is what it is

Renting on lower end of spectrum so you get what you pay for. Location is great. Property could just use some updates. Could some it up by comparing it to a kids first off-campus apartment when their parents give them everything old that they do not want anymore. It was difficult at first to contact owner trying to figure out how to check in. There is a security gate on property that they need to know you are coming and owner needs to provide them that info. Tried contacted owner through VRBO but never got a response. Ended up calling VRBO directly to see what I needed to do. They connected me with owner. He apologized, contacted gate, and let me know about key. I would just recommend if you are renting out your property and collecting money, you should be aware of who and when those people are coming. Got to property but cleaning crew was still there. Check in is at 4pm I got there at 5pm. So had to leave until they finished. She was very nice, and she apologized too. Not her fault at all. Master bath sink does not drain properly, definitely think you should take care of that. It fills up with minimal amount of water and drains slow. Was doing work near by and basically just needed a place to hang our hats, so we did not need much. Would I rent this place again if working down here, possibly but might review other properties at similar price just to compare. Would I bring my family here to rent, I would not. If you are looking for good location on the cheap with little expectations go for it.
