Seabrook Island Villa decorated with Charleston flair and Low Country Charm

Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the late 2025 and 2026 seasons! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bedroom (king bed) two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!

The living room and kitchen open up to a sun porch and a spacious deck overlooking beautiful palm trees and clay tennis courts!

Cable and Wi-Fi are provided at no charge.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. (For entire villa occupants.) This card giveS you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, equine center, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities and pools.

If you are planning a visit to Charleston and Seabrook Island, we would love to have you as our guest for years to come!

As of 1/1/2025 a $40.00 gate fee will be assessed to all renters of the island, this pass is good for 1-180 days, with a maximum of two (2) cars parked overnight.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest places I’ve stayed in. The host was amazing, helpful, flexible and accommodating. The condo was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I will absolutely try to stay here again.

So much bang for your buck. Love this adorable little condo. Wish I had had more time to enjoy the amenities, but it was great for a quick weekend horse show at Mullet Hall. I'll be back for sure!

This space was perfect! It was spotless, comfortable, well furnished, everything smelled clean(sensitive noses here), and conveniently located. Seven minute drive to the beach and 7 minutes in the opposite direction to a cute little town with groceries, clothing, and cafes. We frequented both so we were glad to be in the middle. Tennis courts, gym, pools, and trails were right there. Although there were only 2 of us, there was plenty of room for 2 more.

We were thrilled with the layout, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. No detail was overlooked, from the extra Tide pods to extra thick fluffy towels, we felt pampered and were not ready to leave at the end of our stay.
A gorgeous racquet club just steps from the deck!
Several accessible boardwalks to search for seashells on the large beach nearby.

The Villa at Seabrook Island was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and it had everything that we needed. We would stay there again and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Molly was extremely helpful and was an excellent host.

Perfect stay on Seabrook

Our stay was perfect. Nice location, worked great for our group of 4. Molly was quick to follow-up with questions I had and great all around with communication along the way.

Great location close to the equestrian center (our 7 year old enjoyed the 30 min led pony ride), a pool at the end of the street as well as across the street, Bohicket Marina (good and music at Salty Dog Cafe), a quick drive to the Beach Club (amenity passes are available for a reasonable fee/day for your whole group ; we enjoyed the club pools, beach, and cafe), grocery store (Harris Teeter), and Freshfields Village (shops and food). It’s an easy drive to Charleston (30 min) where we had a great lunch at the Francis Marion Hotel and we had fun catching a bike taxi for a ride through Battery Park. We look forward to returning! The property owners are so friendly. Definitely recommend!

We had a death in the family and the host was absolutely wonderful in terms of re-accommodating our dates. We also had to leave a day early and we were refunded for one night. In general, the owners are very responsive, will allow early check in whenever possible, and the villa is immaculate and so comfortable. We always stay here and will continue to do so every time we go to Seabrook.

Everything was great during my work weekend getaway! Very clean and comfortable. Molly communicated with me prior, which made the arrival very easy! Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and small appliances. Beds very comfy. Really enjoyed the enclosed porch area with television. Great relaxing spot. Courts right outside, but was not disturbed at all by any noise. Nice area to walk around and take in the scenery/action (pickleball/beaches/catching fish). Fresh Fields very close for shopping and restaurants. Thanks for opening up your vacation home, would love to come back and enjoy another relaxing stay!

Lovely Getaway!

The condo and Seabrook Island are both beautiful! The condo is gorgeous and vey comfortable with everything we needed for our group of four. It is close to the beautiful beach and also close to Charleston. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We would definitively stay again!
