Located by the Miami Design District and curated to complement. This is a fully licensed and professionally managed, hotel-style property that puts cleanliness first. This property includes 2 villas in one building. Each villa has 2 BR & 1 BA, and a private entrance. You are renting the entire property 4Bedrooms & 2Bath + backyard

This property includes 2 villas. Each villa has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, & 1 bathrooms. You are renting the whole property with a total of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

**2 King Beds + 2 Queen Beds + 2 Queen sofa beds.**

The property includes a private backyard with a hot tub, 2 BBQ’s, 2 fire pits & bistro lights.

The kitchens are equipped with induction stove top, dishwasher, sink, Nespresso & coffee bar, Ninja air fryer, & Breville convection countertop oven in lieu of a built-in oven.

Bathrooms include showers & fresh towels.

The 2nd villa is ADA accessible including parking, lift, door widths, counter heights, shower/bathroom size, & more.

This property includes 4 ring doorbell cameras. by each entrance door. Also includes3 Minut noise, cigarette, marijuana, vape smoke detection devices. Included for your use during the stay are 4 amazon alexa dot devices that may be unplugged or used to play music, ask questions like whats the weather, and much more.
Leave windows locked. No smoking inside. No/limited exterior noise during night 10:30pm to 7am. Late check outs and early check in may be available for a fee, the fee is based on availability and scheduling, message us the day before travel for availability and pricing options.

Cleaning crew did an amazing job. Lovely backyard with deco lighting, hot tub and fire pit. Very comfortable beds and outstanding host with great communication.

Night before cruise

Everything about the home was great. The outdoor mini golf and the donut delivery the morning of check out were AWESOME!! This property is fantastic.

Absolutely perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Jacob was incredibly responsive to our inquiries and made check-in/out a breeze. The location was ideal for exploring local attractions. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Miami.

Perfect stay

The property is conveniently located super close to the design district and Miami beach. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and tried to accommodate any of our request as best as they could!. The villas were extremely clean and came fully equipped with kitchen appliances and smart home accessories to make the stay more relaxed.Would definitely recommend for a large group up to 10 persons

The best host!! Love the villa's

5 stars are less to give, because they deserve 10 out of 10!! Kind, friendly, response quickly. Have no words how pleased we are with the villa's and the Brothers who are the great host I have ever met!! Would recommend everyone to come and stay here.!!

My 3th stay

As usual our stay was amazing. We wanted to stay longer because our flight was later and nothing was a problem. Had as a early new years gift some little fireworks and the best cookies from Miami. The fridge with out favorite drinks, amazing host, 10 out of 10!!

Great place and property management

Stayed overnight on our way to Antigua. Place was exactly as described. Absolutely darling. All the amenities you would want. Nice beverages and snacks. Some of the best communication from the owners I’ve had. Bedrooms could use a couple more accessible plug ins for electronics but otherwise a perfect little place near the airport and other places. Definitely would stay here again.

Hot tub was warm but we couldn’t get in it due to weather- the rooms are good sizes. Warning though that the property is on the main road and it is not exactly quiet so that was tough for us with little kids trying to sleep. Had nothing to do with the owners though. Kitchen is a double hot plate but there was coffee and some drinks in the fridge which was very nice. Washer and dryer are accessible and work perfectly. Wouldn’t recommend with little little kids because of the noise but the property is great.

Fabulous property

This property was super clean and comfy. Attention to every detail. Beds comfy, coffee well stocked, living room and kitchen area made it easy for us to socialize a bit. Parking was easy with a spot for each Villa. We walked to the Beuna Vista Market area to grab dinner and coffee. Design distict was too far for our group to walk. Would stay here again.

Perfect!

A group of 10 ladies staying for a night before our cruise! We landed early and were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in so we could go grab some lunch until the cleaners were finished! Came back to a bottle of Champagne to enjoy! Beds were so comfortable! Everything was so nice!!! In the morning we had a Dunkin Donut delivery from the owners! So many nice touches. We will be staying here again !

Very clean and modern spot with great hosts

This was a great spot for a group of friends. The pictures are accurate, everything is immaculate and modern. The beds are comfortable and the hot tub was appreciated. The hosts are extremely responsive and thoughtful. When we had a VERY minor issue (the router needed to be reset) they responded immediately followed up to alle sure we got it taken care of, and even sent some doughnuts over after. I think the only minor negative was the neighborhood. Not unsafe or anything, but a little less inviting than we assumed from the design district-adjacent location. I don’t know Miami so that could just as easily be my mistaken assumption.
