Thank you for the review. I'm very happy to hear you found the unit clean, the beds comfortable, and that you were able to enjoy the deck. I'm also very sorry there was confusion regarding the pool pass and laundry access. We do not have a washer and dryer on the listing's amenities description, but will work to make that clearer for future guests. And we have requested that the HOA put a pool pass in the unit. Until then, we always have one in the lockbox by the office that our guests can use. I'm sorry the codes did not work for you and that we failed to follow up in a timely manner. I will address this with the team and ensure that the lockbox codes are tested. Thank you very much for the feedback, we will use it to improve.

I should clarify that the unit does not have an oven, and I'm truly sorry the convection oven was out of order during your stay. I can confirm that it has since been replaced by a vendor and am sorry we could not complete this project before your arrival. I also apologize that the A/C unit leaked during your stay. The maintenance team was able to resolve the leak after full service. Thank you for letting us know that you didn't feel our team was appropriately accommodating and please know that we are taking that feedback seriously. Regarding the minor repairs, please know you can contact us anytime during your stay, as our team is always available to offer assistance.
