The Jewel of the Cove was exactly as described and more. Everything was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We were able to walk to the shore which was lovely. The home has easy access to restaurants and to other locations of interest. We especially enjoyed visiting the Peabody Museum and the Yale Museum of Art.

This is a lovely home! In walking distance to the shore. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and comfortable and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable.My only complaint with the home was several large windows at the back of the house, one over the toilet in the half bath, two at the bottom and top of the stairs and the front door window panel all had no covers or blinds to close at night. Also, the front window of the master bedroom was covered with a see thru drape and nothing else. Hence, why neither of us used the master. Being two older women on vacation by ourselves, it made us slightly uncomfortable and exposed come night time without the options to closed blinds or drapes. Especially staying in an area we are not familiar with yet. Otherwise, this house was perfect.

This home was adorably decorated and extremely comfortable. This made our stay so much better… loved not being in a hotel. The house was quiet, close to the water and decorated beautifully. We will be back!

A Delightful Accomodation

A group of us stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect situation for us. The beds were SO comfortable! The decor was vibe! Supplies were plenty. Towels were top quality. The fire pit was so fun to use on our last night in town. Very close to a beach so we could dip our toes in the ocean.There is an airport runway behind the property but the noise wasn’t terrible.

Beautiful house that was perfect for our weekend getaway! Ed was a fantastic host and so responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again if we were to return to New Haven.
