We loved this house! Our family was in New Haven for a family event and this was a perfect spot. Great location super comfortable and the owner made us feel very welcome with a sweet basket of snacks and drinks. Thank you so much.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and very homey. Our dog was very happy with the stay as well and enjoyed the backyard. We would definitely stay again.

Great property. Surprisingly updated and nice on the inside. On a very hot weekend, A/C worked really great, even upstairs making sleeping comfortable. Only one bathroom ... but we knew that going in. That one bathroom is very nice though. Would stay again and recommend to friends!

This pet friendly home is located in a great residential neighborhood close to Yale campus and the bowl. Very clean and comfortable. Great fenced yard for pets and kids.

Quiet Location

The house was as advertised and located in a really quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to work with and responded to me each time I texted her. If the opportunity ever comes up again, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Is a great location given minutes from Yale. We were able to make a nice meal to celebrate our son’s success. Nice place!

Amazing Property in New Haven!

We had a great stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and super clean with all the bonus amenities and appreciated small touches (coffee machine, snacks, supplies, comfy beds etc.) that made our stay super relaxing and fun! Everything was as advertised and our family enjoyed the great nearby restaurants, the outdoor space, grill, and quiet walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent pet-friendly stay in a quiet tree-lined neihhborhood

The whole house rental was clean and well-appointed with numerous thoughtful touches and easy/fast communication with owner. Check in and check out were completely straightforward. Great TV streaming, WiFi, Nest thermostat, and perfect fenced backyard. Many thanks to Pema. This was a great stay!

house was mostly clean there. was quite a bit of pet hair on the couch as it was all over our clothes after sitting on the couch. the up stairs was quite a bit warmer than the down stairs. and the refrigerator door right side doesnt stay closed but over all it was nice

Weekend Stay

I stayed at this home for two nights and it fully exceeded my expectations! This property was in a lovely neighborhood with convenient location to surrounding stores in the New Haven area. The location also provided multiple parking spots which made our trip much less stressful. Our host was very accommodating and was quick to answer any comments or questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience!

Clean and Inviting

The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our host was so responsive, kind, and hospitable; we were even allowed an early check-in. The home is very clean and well organized, with everything we needed for our stay. We have rented many houses through VRBO, and this was one of the cleanest and most inviting. We can't thank our host enough!

Great home base for Yale reunion

Lovely home and just the right size for my group (husband, me, my mother, our two kids aged 3 and 9 months). We stayed here so I could attend my 20th reunion at Yale and it was nice to have a place close enough to drive back for nap times and close enough for cheap Ubers to and from campus. The home is in great condition with lots of little extras (coffee, cooking spices/oil, soap) that made the stay particularly easy. Communication with host was quick and easy. My three year old loved running around in the fully fenced yard! Would recommend and stay here again

Great house

Great house. Spacious and warm. Bright and sunny! Though we didnt use it the yard was a good size and had a great set up. It was clean which is most important. Cons - small shower and there weren't any garbage bags, but I may have missed that we were ssupposed to supply those.

Christmas 2023

The property and experience was very nice, it met and exceeded expectations - one small note; the fridge is difficult to close and keep closed. Everything else was great!!!

Cute little house in a great neighborhood

The house was exactly what I needed to be close to my son at Yale for a few days. The house and neighborhood was great for our dog. The host had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome snacks and extra toilet paper, etc. was welcomed. The only thing I would say is the shower in the bathroom was very small…think RV shower, and there didn’t appear to be a shower head, so the water came out really hard like a water hose. But other than that, nice little house in a cute little neighborhood. I would recommend.
