Compass Point’s Pet Policy is in place for the enjoyment and safety of all pets, guests, and owners. While pets aren’t allowed at our lagoon-side beach and pool area, we do hope you and your pet enjoyed walking the scenic boardwalk along Little Lagoon, paved path with designated potty areas, and provided pet stations with baggies. Additionally, we hope you took advantage of the numerous pet-friendly restaurants/patios, designated pet-friendly beaches, and the Gulf Shores dog park. Hi Mackenzie and thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are disappointed to see a 3-star rating, as we worked very hard to ensure a smooth check-in ahead of the tropical storm. We even stayed up/available to ensure your 1AM arrival went smoothly. We were equally disappointed to hear the building elevators were down upon your arrival; while building maintenance is out of our direct control, we know it is frustrating. We quickly notified the office and are grateful the maintenance team acted swiftly to resolve the issues. Additionally, while a bit of sand is to be expected at the beach, we apologize the sisal rug wasn’t cleaned more thoroughly but did offer to send cleaners back the next morning. We even sent a quick delivery with extra supplies directly to your door to ensure your stay was “extra” in a good way! We pride ourselves in being top-tier hosts and always use feedback to ensure future stays are a 5-star experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
