Great house and pool, all as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing to be aware of is that the screen does not keep out all the no-see-ums.

Would stay again!

We had a great experience. The host was very accommodating and home was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The place was great and the host was responsive to any questions we had. We brought our little one and the pool was cooler than her liking to get in, and they were able to warm it up for her which was so appreciated. She and we all had a great time. Would have rated 5 stars but the pool deck was not the cleanest. There were quite a few spots of algae from rain water dripping and puddling. So it had been some time since the pool deck had been cleaned. Other than that, everything else was pretty great!

Family and Friends having fun !

We had a great visit with friends and family. The house location made travel to AMI convenient, easy trips to restaurants and lots of space for games, etc.

Absolutely stunning house and pool area. Great location, with shops and restaurants a 5 minute drive away. Bradenton beach was only a short 10 minute drive away and not much further to Anna Maria Island.The house had everything you could possibly need including pool toys and towels. We didn’t cook whilst we were there but the kitchen had everything you could possibly need if you did. The welcome pack was also a nice addition to get us started, with cleaning equipment and bin bags etc.The master bedroom was beautiful and big with a massive en-suite. There was plenty of bath towels and every room had a ceiling fan. The hosts were also great, helping us out very last minute and very accommodating. If we visit the area again we would definitely return here

Perfect escape

The property was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our couples, + toddlet getaway. The pool and lounge area was very enjoyable. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and coolers were available so no need to bring or rent any of those. Owners were responsive to any questions we had.

Great Small Family House

This house had everything we needed or could imagine needing. The owners set you up with cleaning supplies, clear instructions for everything house related, all your cooking utensils and cookware. We did not have to buy anything accept more laundry detergent, but we wash alot. I will 100% stay here our next trip to Anna Maria Island

Place was good and clean, only one problem couch at living room was dirty and probably old

Everything was good and clean! Few things but nothing crazy! Only that couch was nasty! Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback. A professional upholstery company cleaned the sofa shortly after this departure. Update: A new sofa and love seat were purchased Fall '22.

Awesome florida house

House was exactly as advertised, or possibly even better. Pool was awesome. House was clean and well decorated and stocked, even with a nice welcone basket with some supplies to get the vacation started. The kids loved it. It truley felt like home with tons of space. Neighborhood is very nice. Took walks around the block most evenings. Close to the anna maria beaches and tons of stores/restaurants. Loved everything about it.

Bugs and mosquito issues.

I like this house, but we have some issues with bugs in the back yard and in the house. When I was looking for properties the big thing for us to have screening pool area, because my daughter and me have a very bad allergy from mosquito . We found a lot of damage on screens. Property was clean ok , but not the best, furniture is very cheap. But location is perfect. Thanks

The house was very well stocked, ample space for 5-6 people, grill was clean (propane is stocked and spare tank provided), and the kitchen had all the gadgets including an immersion blender. The hosts provided everything we needed from paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dawn, dryer sheets, for the entire 6 days we stayed which was super nice. The house and pool were spotless and there were ample towels in general. The garage has coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys which was awesome!The one major issue was the king size bed in the master is well overdue for a new mattress. There are 2 significant craters and it makes sleeping a bit uncomfy. A few more comfy throws around the living room would be nice to have. If I had to get nitpicky I would also point out that the shower in the 2nd bath squeals and the pool has no lights so night swims are quite dark.As the listing mentions the hot tub doesn't work so no jets or heating- which would have been nice to have but it was clearly pointed in the listing and heating wasn't really needed in July. Would absolutely book this place again if they replace the bed in the master, the house is a gem!

Just Beautiful!

We had a wonderful month of January in your home. Grandchildren came to visit and really loved the magnificent pool! The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet and the location was close to the beach and wonderful restaurants and stores. A high quality home that exceeded our expectations!
