Bring the whole family to this beautiful two-story Holmes Beach vacation home! You'll enjoy upscale amenities throughout, including an enclosed yard, a private heated pool, and lake access out back for fishing and wildlife viewing.



Miles of sugar white, sandy coastline lie just two blocks away, making it easy to spend all day lounging on Anna Maria's spectacular coastline! For a change of pace, stroll over to Palm Drive and catch the free trolley into the heart of Holmes Beach for shopping and restaurants, or up to Bean Point, one of the best beaches for romantic walks and breathtaking sunsets. This rental comes with driveway parking, so you can easily leave your car behind when you explore.



This airy vacation rental features crisp modern decor and all the amenities you need for a great stay, including free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and four flatscreen TVs. Enjoy home-cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up the outdoor grill and dine al fresco on the patio. As evening falls, lounge in your peaceful backyard with a good book, swim in your heated pool, or walk over to the lake, where you can watch for local wildlife among the mangroves or fish off the dock.

THINGS TO KNOW

This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement. However, select properties have the flexibility for shorter stays. Let us do the searching for you! Please call us and one of our knowledgeable reservation specialists will be happy to assist you in finding a property for the dates you have requested.

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Perfect proximity to the beach

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops but also loved the quietness of the location. The home was perfect for a family of 6, as well. We wished there had been an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach but made good use of the water hose to rinse off before taking a dip in the pool.

Great Location & Space

This home was a great size for our family of 5, having the pool was a great bonus! The location was perfect to get to the beach or trolley stop.

It was a great stay! It’s so close to the beach that we could easily get there in time for the sunsets. The unit was very clean and different from other’s reviews, the on-island support was fantastic. Very quick to respond about the pool or bringing extra propane for the grill. The pool was great and got a ton of afternoon sun. Having the pond behind was nice. We’ve been coming to Anna Maria for 20 years and always found items that weren’t on the amenities list. Things like coffee filters, or maybe salt and pepper, likely from previous guests. This was the first time we had to buy extra garbage bags, filters, TP. Wish for a couple more pool noodles but if that’s all we need to worry about, that’s ok.

Very Good Home

House was extremely clean. Great location and the neighborhood was quiet. Pool area is very nice and the view with the pond is also very pretty. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

Loved the location. A block to the beach access with parking. Close enough to pine but far enough away on a quiet calm street. Pool is great. Would rent again

Lovely

We had a lovely stay. The place was exactly what it looked like online. It was also nice and clean. The location was great also. It was a quite area close to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Will rent again.

Nice Place!

This place was great. Clean, close to beach, large pool. We would stay here again! We had our 3 kids with us, 5,3 & 10 months. Would be nice if they offered a crib for infants with rental, but we were able to rent elsewhere. Pool was fantastic, warm even on the cold days. Kids were swimming in the pool by 8 AM almost every day!

The house was very spacious and loved the high ceilings to make it seem even more spacious. Loved that you could never hear the adjoined neighbors. Was a nice little quick walk to the beach.

Moms Getaway

Had a great week here. Location is great. There isn’t a wagon for the beach, but we used our golf cart to get to the beach. It is a duplex, and we weren’t aware of that before booking. Would definitely stay here again.
