Scenic Mountain Lodge is a welcoming vacation rental in Beaver Dams, NY. Sparkling clean and boasting a gorgeous view, you'll love the thoughtfully furnished surroundings. On the main floor there is a beautiful kitchen/living/dining area that is lined with windows and bathed in natrual light. The kitchen is furnished for all your basic cooking and baking needs. There are also two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a full bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with four single beds and the other has three single beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well. Outdoors you'll find a beautiful pond, a pavilion housing an outdoor living space that includes a grill, fire pit with grilling rack, and comfy pation furniture. This is the perfect place to connect with your loved ones as you enjoy the view and everything else this home provides.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware that there will be a $50.00 fee per pet.

- Hunting is strictly prohibited

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

Clean, new property in a quiet setting

My family and friends had a wonderful stay in this home on the hill. The house was very clean and accommodating. The outdoor pavilion space with jacuzzi and fire pit was beautiful overlooking the pond and mountains. Communication with the property manager was excellent too. We really enjoyed this getaway with close proximity to hiking trails and activities in Watkins Glen.

Peaceful! This property was exactly as described and what the pictures showed. Beautiful adirondack design, clean, large space for family to gather! The pond, pavilion, fire pit and hot tub were fantastic!! Amazing trip and we will definitely be back! So close to Watkins Glen a ton of winerys and Seneca Lake! Sunsets right over the pond for a beautiful view every night!

Perfect getaway house

I stayed here with a couple of friends and I must say that the photos don't do the house justice. It is a pretty open-concept house. The house was very neat and it felt like a brand new house.

Spacious and beautiful. Not too happy about the bees nest outside of the door, the mold growing on the outdoor furniture, how dirty the tables and patio furniture was. Tons of amenities and only 18 mins from Watkins Glen.

The lodge was absolutely gorgeous! It looks a little small on the outside but is so spacious and homey on the inside! The amenities provided were astounding as well!!! The air and Mountain View was so peaceful and relaxing especially having the pavilion hot tub and grill all right there by the pond! There’s a rocking sofa on the outside glass doors and extra blankets to snuggle up in the morning enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the geese land in the pond as the sun rises, the hot tub was soooo relaxing! The best property I have stayed at by far! Host was very professional and kind was flexible with check in and out made sure to contact me and reassure I received check in necessities. The furniture was incredibly comfortable beds and living room furniture. When you first walk in there a smell of fresh wood and it really sets the cozy atmosphere! If you’re looking for somewhere to just escape with some friends and enjoy the beautiful view of mountains and Monterey this is the place, you can relax in the hot tub or walk out of the sliding glass doors and see the beautiful white church.

Family vacation

Overall, the property was beautiful, wonderful view of the mountians and perfect for watching the sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. My only issue was lack of firewood that was stated is provided. We stayed for 3 night and was only given 10 small pieces of wood. Given that we enjoy sitting by the fire, that only last the one night. I asked the property manager for more, but did not receive a response for the rest of the weekend, so we had to purchase more from other sources.

Great property to relax with family and pets. If the property manager can put an effective maintenance plan in place this would be an easy 5 out of 5 but currently a 4.2 for us. Loose cabinet doors and loose cabinet door handles (that we ended up tightening to be able to use them), loose toilet roll holders and toilet seats (upstairs is almost falling off and should have been caught during cleaning.), loose kitchen faucet sprayer, etc. All minor details but someone should be catching them yet they are not. Hot tub was not useable but they did put serious effort into fixing it after we notified them. We ended up with only 1 of 4 days we could use it. If these minor details get fixed, and checked consistently, this property is a great value and deserves be fully booked regularly.

Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was too short and water was splashing all over the floor. We laid towels down to remedy the situation. Both bathrooms needed the shower curtains replaced as they were very gross. Half of the jets in the hot tub did not work. There was no dishwasher but that was on me since I just assumed there would be one. Other than that the place smelled new when we walked in and the pavilion was AMAZING! Beds were comfortable. We loved the place and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
