Easy walk into town. Very comfortable and enjoyable accommodations. Ann was very proactive in making sure we had all directions, parking, and check-in info. Would stay again!

The condo was beautiful. It overlooks the lake and is in walking distance to all of Watkins Glen. Accommodations were pristine. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans to make a meal. We appreciated that there was plenty laundry and dish washer soap. In all we had a wonderful time!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants. So many wineries a short drive around the lake. Beautiful view of the lake and marina from our balcony. There were a lot of stair as mentioned in the listing which we could handle . Only one train went past around 8am Saturday morning as we were getting ready to go out . The Cargill factory whistle goes off at 7am weekdays but we weren't sleeping in. Overall we would stay their again

We love these rentals on Seneca Lake! The unit is always very clean and spacious. Sitting on the deck with a beautiful view of the harbor is awesome! The host is very nice and we love it so much we come back every year!

Great location and space! Perfect for my wife and three adult children. Lots of stairs (the condo is 4 levels, including the garage on the ground floor). Easily walkable to everything in town and perfectly situated to get to either sides of the lake. Our first visit to the area and didn’t disappoint! Two parking spots in back, plus easy street parking in front. Enjoyed the little community area with chairs and firepit right on the lake. If you are looking for 3 beds, lake views and walkable to town, this is the place.

This unit is very spacious, clean and looks new, great location. We had a problem with AC, it did not work, but Ann and Dan were very accommodating, they gave us a mobile AC unit and offered us an additional unit with working AC at no cost. We just did not wish to divide our group of 5, so we stayed, and as it was not too hot, we were fine. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

The condo was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with our college age kids. With three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths there was plenty of space. The kitchen had all we needed and all was well maintained. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean as was the kitchen and living room. The view in the morning, or really any time of day was stunning. We walked over to Watkins Glen state park for a fantastic hike, Graft restaurant for dinner was fabulous and there are so many wineries in the just a short drive away. Do be prepared for stairs. There are a lot of them as you enter and go upstairs for the bedrooms and up another set for the kitchen and living room and if someone is in the loft that is another set of stairs. This was not a problem for us. There were plenty of nightlights and each room had its own lantern in the event of power loss. Each room had a lovely duvet and cover as well as an extra blanket. My only complaint, and it is minor, were the bed pillows. all were a bit flat. I am spoiled in this and should have thought to bring one from home. I would definitely return again.

Beautiful property on Lake Seneca. Within walking distance to activities and restaurants. Seamless check in, clean with a beautiful view. Host provided a starter kit of everything you would need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. Looking out over the lake from every room and walking distance to restaurants, and more. The townhouse had everything you could need and was very well kept.
