Everything about The Walkout was perfect. We were able to enjoy Lake Superior that was a VERY short walk away, have a bonfire on the beach, hunt rocks until our hearts were content and enjoy the quiet evenings. It was the perfect location.

If you want quiet this is the place for you. The beach is fun and being able to have a fire right there was nice too.

We had a very nice stay in sept. 20-24. We were blessed to have had beautiful weather and the walkout really had everything you needed. If you are making your own meals, there were appliances to be able to do whatever you wanted. Plus an outdoor gas grill. The place was very roomy and easy to make everything work for you. Choices of tables to eat at, play games or do projects. Indoor and outdoor. Very warm cozy atmosphere/decor. Thank you, Dean & Sarah. We appreciated all the thought and detail you put into your place to make it a pleasant home away from home for visitors

This walkout was very clean and comfortable….we were a litttle surprised that it wasn’t on the water…..but it was only a bit of a walk from the home to the beach (about 400 ft) which was beautiful.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Clean and comfortable room. Excellent location. The hosts were absolutely amazing. If you are concerned about having the hosts on site for privacy or whatever reason, don't let that stop you from staying here. They were perfect and if you forgot anything, they probably have you covered. Thanks again for a wonderful time, Dino and Sarah!

Whitefish Point Hideaway

We had a good time at Dino and Sarah's whimsical bear-themed place. Whitefish point is beautiful and interesting.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Lots of dirt roads to get out there, but nothing our sedan couldn't handle (make sure you follow the directions from the host!) The lake was absolutely gorgeous and we managed to find a few yooperlites. The proximity to Tahquamenon Falls and the Shipwreck museum were perfect. Great stay, highly recommend!

Loved the place. Just be aware there is only a small fridge, a bbq and microwave. The location is beautiful, lots of hummingbirds flying everywhere. Quiet and peaceful! Short walk to Lake Superior to a private beach!

The walkout is very cute,and cozy and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The beach is great for an evening campfire and rock hounding. And the stars...The hosts, Dino and Sarah are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at home!We loved it!

Great stay

The property was just as in photos and listing. We had a very comfortable stay for 2 people. The beach is amazing and the owners were very kind and accommodating to our needs. We would very much like to stay again in the future!

Dino’s place in the woods was great. The directions to find it were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was cute and had everything we needed. . We had access to a huge beautiful beach on Lake Superior. We were blessed with two night of dancing northern lights. It was fantastic!!
