Just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for couples or families. On your way you can stop at the Kooky Coconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2023, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. Cold air conditioning, fresh purified water, and fast internet. Plenty of free parking. Free laundry on common area screened porch. Sorry no pets allowed. Easy refund policy. 50amp Level 2 EV car charger on site

This property was the perfect location for a short walk to the beach. This was our third time staying in this neighborhood and it’s always quiet. The palace was very clean and had all amenities needed. There was never an issue with the shared laundry area or beach wagon. Check in was super easy, as was check out. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our perfect place! Easy walk to the beach. The area was quiet yet close to shops. The home was very clean and well decorated. Eric has thought of everything a person may need. His communication is excellent and he’s very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a dream! The location was perfect, and the property had everything we needed for our week at the beach and then some. Communication was lovely. I'd recommend this stay to anyone!

Due to the airlines, I arrive late found the place just the way he said it would be. Everything is beautiful. This is a great place. Fantastic host!Very, very good communications. I am hoping everything works out for next year so I can rent from him again really enjoyed my week.

Florida getaway

We stayed at this location for 2 weeks. Within walking distance to Indian Shores Beach. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking meals. Host communicated promptly to all my questions prior to booking.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for my daughter and me and had everthing we needed. I especially appreciated the use of the beach wagon, chairs, and floats. Short walk to the beach so we didnt have to pay for parking. Check is was easy snd we were able to get in early our first day. Woukd stay again in a heartbeat!

We moved here from Ohio way back in 1998 to get away from the cold weather and gray skies. And we've been hosting vacation rentals since about 2002. Its fun and we get to meet so many nice people.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We wanted a beach neighborhood on one of the islands that was residential and not built up like Clearwater Beach. But close enough to get there on the trolley when we got the urge to go. We've owned and used this place since 1998 and love the location.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our place was built in 1954 and still has that vintage Florida feel, but with all the updates we need today. We've left some of the original item to keep the memory alive.
