Luxurious second story two bedroom, two bath condo. Includes master bedroom with joined master bathroom. Second bedroom has queen size bed with two large closets. Second bathroom is in hallway. Ceramic tile throughout, decorated with neutral decor and newer furnishings, free broadband internet and cable. Washer and dryer complete the convenient features of this home-away-from-home.

We are located in Indian Rocks Beach, one of the quieter beach areas with less traffic, but still very close to many restaurants and shops. The famous Crabby Bill's, Hurricane Eddie's, Kegans , TJs Italian and Guppys restaurants are nearby and well worth a visit. The excitement of Disney World and Universal Studios is just 90 minutes away, while Busch Gardens is nearby in Tampa.

Enjoy the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. Includes covered parking and storage unit. Private heated/gated in-ground pool for guests only. All located on the gulf coast with clean white sandy beaches. Enjoy restaurants, night-life, family friendly activities and miles of beautiful beaches. Just minutes from Pier 60 and Johns Pass. Near Tampa, St Pete and Clearwater.

Wonderful stay, you couldn’t want for anything as they had it all covered! Very clean and the location was fantastic, beach access steps away and many restaurants in walking condition! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Although the A/C broke down the first evening of our 5 nights stay, Penny was very attentive & had a technician come out the next day fix issue right away. Other than that, the place was clean, spacious and convenient.

This was a perfect place for Spring Break. We loved being so close to the beach, while being in walking distance to restaraunts, ice cream, and everything needed for an IRB vaca.

The location was absolutely perfect. Condo was very nice for the price point. Had everything we needed. Extra beach chairs were a plus. The only detriment at all was the balcony overlooked a parking lot and building, but the proximity to the beach, lower level parking and the price more than made up for it. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is steps away from a great beach as well as stores and restaurants. We found staying here was the perfect choice as we had everything we needed in the condo and it was very clean and comfortable.

Location of the property was great with there only being steps to the sand and quite a few restaurants just outside the door. No actual beach view but that was clear when booking and wasn’t necessary for us. We could easily set up chairs right on the beach and walk back/forth for snacks, etc. IRB beach rentals is also a very short walk down the beach if you want that convenience.Property has tons of towels, beach gear and items most families would need. Beds were comfortable although we did buy some foam for the sofa bed. Plenty of space overall and everything was in working order.Only complaints we had were around cleanliness, a bit of a musty smell and it being very dated. Could really use quite a bit of updating with new appliances and furniture…but that was mainly aesthetic.The property manager was very responsive and helped us quickly with one issue we had. We would stay again given the price, quick access to the beach and restaurants.

Great location

We had a very enjoyable stay. It was so convenient that we could walk to restaurants. The beach was a few steps away, which was great. Beautiful location. Condo was fully stock with everything you would need.
