Easy access and quiet. I stayed during late June. Easy to wash clothes, and nice to have a quality kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very well stocked with everything I needed. Janice was on top of all of my needs for the stay. I will definitely use Janice in the future when I come back to Oregon. I highly recommend her.

Great stay

Stayed while visiting my son who is a student at the University. Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants, and parks! Very clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

The studio is very well located and perfect for a visit where you don’t need more than a bed, kitchen and TV. It is clean, comfortable and the owner is extremely responsive. I’d definitely recommend it for a couple visiting their son or daughter at school or spending some time in Eugene.

In Eugene for the USATF championships at Hayward field. The apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I was able to walk to Hayward field each day, as well as good restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others.

Visit to Eugene

Great little place. It is very close to University of Oregon, and is in a nice neighborhood. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 right across the street. The photos on VRBO don't do the place justice, it is much nicer in person. We look forward to coming back.

Cute place in central Eugene

Perfect place for a few days. Very clean. Small but had everything I needed for the long weekend. Upstairs unit so no one stomping above. Can walk to everything. Great place at the corner for snow cones :) .

The bed was comfortable and the location was close to UO. Water for shower was just over body temperature. Could not make it warmer. This would have been more of problem if it was colder. Freezer refs defrosting and better ice tray.

The place was clean and close to campus. The air conditioner was loud. A few folks were sleeping, and their belongings were all over the grassy area in front of the place.

The place is small but was adequate for this trip. Great to have AC but it is really loud-- probably can't be helped. We were happy to leave the place in order as requested but it was difficult to find where to leave the trash (and taking out trash is not a typical requirement in our experience). Bed is very comfortable.

The studio was perfect for me, good location. Clean, comfy bed and good tub shower didn't feel cramped. Big TV that could be seen from couch, kitchen or bed. Kitchen a little small but work able. Overall great stay and great host.
