Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Legendary Urban Villas is located 10 mins from RDU airport. Along with being 11 mins from Downtown Durham and Duke University. Our home is also located 17 mins from Unc Chapel Hill and 18 mins from NC State University. Close to the shopping mall The Streets at Southpoint but in a quiet family neighborhood too! This is a very popular home located in the Raleigh/Durham area better known as the Triangle!

Great home and location. Easy access to freeway and shopping. Have stayed here multiple times. Very comfortable home in a great neighborhood.

We have stayed at Legendary Urban Villas multiple times. The property is spacious and always clean. We enjoy the screened in back porch. It is great for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening. The fenced in yard is also a plus. Clarence the property owner is always a pleasure to work with and we appreciate him sharing the home with us. Many thanks Clarence!

This was the most relaxing stay we have ever had! We drove to NC all the way from PA to visit my MIL who was having a tumor removed & it was already so stressful with 2 kids under 4. But walking into a clean, organized, & family oriented home made it so much better. Everything was exactly as pictured, the host was very attentive & responses were very quick, the neighborhood was something out of a storybook, & everything was just perfect!The best part was honestly how spacious everything was & very convenient to shops, food, the hospital, etc. I HIGHLY recommend!

Great house and experience with owner

House is beautiful and has lots of space. Our kids loved the basketball hoop/pop-a-shot and bunk beds. Easy to drive to downtown Durham.

Perfect for our family

Clarence’s place was awesome! Very well kept, very responsive host, and perfect for our family! This is how a Vrbo should be taken care of, everything was just perfect. Beautiful neighborhood! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Durham area

Excellent home in Durham

We had a great stay for over three weeks at this well kept home in Durham. It is spacious and as described in the photos. We loved the location in a family neighborhood that is close to many places to visit in the Durham/Raleigh area. Clarence many thanks for hosting us. We will definitely return and book with you!

Great Durham Home & Neighborhood

This was our second stay at Legendary Urban Villas. Clarence is a fantastic host and very responsive to any needs that arise. The home is spacious, clean and well kept. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen and family room. The upstairs media room was great for movies. We liked taking walks in the neighborhood as well as being close to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you Clarence we will definitely book again for our next visit to Durham

Comfortable and Clean

We’ve been coming to Durham for 8 years to visit family. Each time we’ve had to stay inconveniently a distance from them. This home is right in their neighborhood! Loved being so close and coming back to a super clean and comfy home. Everything we needed to fix a quick breakfast or dinner was available. Nice towels and shower supplies were readily available, beds were comfortable with pillow choices. Washer and dryer are newer and supplies were ready for us, same with dishwasher. We were able to park our rental car in the garage on a rainy day. Having a home to come back to is so much better than a hotel room. A new grocery store is available 1.5 miles away, plus Chipotle and a gas station.The neighborhood is very quiet. maybe a bit of kid noise in the afternoon or on weekends. TV’s use streaming, so bring your app passwords and log in to your own account to continue enjoying a true ‘at home’ experience!
