Welcome to the Barnacle! It’s a straight shot to the beach in a quiet area. Located in Ocean Lakes, Myrtle Beach SC site #5744 is a brightly renovated property with a very large porch on which to relax when you are not enjoying the many amenities. This newly purchased property is a joy to stay in. It is a camper edition true to the Ocean Lakes mission! One side is great for the kids, the other an oasis for the parents. If you are traveling with 2 close family units one set of parents can sleep in each side (on a queen and full) with children on the twin and queen inflatable mattress.

Enjoy a coffee bar (fully stocked) in the kitchen. There is no dishwasher so we have provided paper plate holders and paper plates.

We start you off with toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, and linens are included.

Parking is not included in rental price.

Not affiliated with Ocean Lakes Family Campground, L.P, Ocean Lakes Properties, the Jackson Companies, or any of their subsidiaries.

Golf Cart Is Not Included

Please note: Ocean Lakes Family Campground is a family resort. There are numerous fines for unacceptable behavior: loud music/vulgar music, foul language, use of alcohol outside of rented property, etc. This can lead to fines payable to OCEAN LAKES and ejection from the property by Ocean Lakes Security without refund. By renting this property you agree to these stipulations.

The best spot!!

The Barnacle is a great spot in OL! The location is great, the house was so clean and equipped with all necessities! We had a great week and would absolutely stay again!

Great stay. Sherri was very nice. It was a short golf trip and this house made it a perfect trip. Important supplies were provided and made the stay smooth.

Family oasis

We enjoyed this little house so much. I was very well decorated, all the beds were comfortable, it was very clean, they provided beach necessities. Couldn't have found a better place to stay. We will be back here

The host was way to get in touch with but we didn’t need to bother her once we got here because she had the house stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Girls trip

Me, my daughter, and daughter in law stayed for a weekend girls trip. We had so much fun and loved this house. The owner was great also. I would definitely stay here again and we love Ocean lakes

Cozy and serene beach house, exactly what you’d imagine for a coastal getaway. Created wonderful memories here. Loved that every TV had a Roku Express, which we used before bed or on our one rainy day. Absolutely adored this place. Enjoyed the morning walking/running crew, and the state park was just a short distance away.

Halloween weekend

My family and I had a fantastic time at The Barnacle! It had everything we needed, and was so clean. The location was fantastic! The kids loved that Ms. Sherri had halloween decorations. Ms. Sherri responded timely, and was very kind. We will definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Great vacation!

We had a great week at Ocean Lakes Campground. The house was just as described. Very convenient to get to. We rented a golf cart to get around in the campground. This was our first time staying in OL. There was so much to do. Sheri is a great host. She had the house stocked with paper products when we arrived. We really appreciated that. We hope to stay again.

This was an incredibly clean, comfortable home in a quiet spot of Ocean Lakes. We appreciated how well stocked the home was with basic essentials and enjoyed the abundance of natural light during the day. The pictures showed the property exactly as it is and our host was great. Highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming back!

Perfect place to get away for a long weekend! Kids enjoyed all the activities and golf cart we rented from ocean lakes. House was cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. I brought my crockpot, muffin pan and griddle. Not too far from beach, but golf cart made that easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our grandchildren love Ocean Lakes...there is SO much to do. And when they walked into this property it was “Wow…this is so COOL”.

The outdoor area is fantastic! There is a gas grill, outdoor shower, golf cart parking, surf board table and plenty of seating space. The great thing about the location is the quiet when you want to get away from the crowd.
