THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS! This luxury furnished vacation home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private pool and spa with a lake view. Located in Bradenton in the gated community of River Strand Golf and Country Club, this is a prime location to local beaches, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. Explore nearby Lakewood Ranch for150 miles of trails, paths and boardwalks for shopping, dining and outdoor activities. University Town Center is within a 20-minute drive for shopping. Ellenton Outlet Mall within 10 minutes.

There is no shortage of professional sporting events of all varieties including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning and even the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. 45 minutes from Tampa, 40 minutes from St. Petersburg and 2 hours from Orlando.

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The house was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Our girls had a blast in the pool. My husband and I greatly ejoyed the hot tub. The check in and out process was very easy. It was so nice to have linens, towels, and some toiletries available!We would absolutely stay again! Tysm for your hospitality.

Our stay at Lisa’s home was great. Everything is as described and the house was immaculate. Lisa was very clear in her communication and we had no problem checking on or departing. I would encourage anyone to stay here

We stayed with our 3 kids here and they were thrilled about the pool and tv in their bedroom. The house is well taken care of and stocked with kitchen items and other needed supplies. Everything was smooth and the owners were easy to contact when we had a question. This was our first VRBO stay and it did not disappoint. Bonus points for all the fun we had with the pool toys and some fun books we found to enjoy during our stay!

Lisa's home was very clean with an abundance of quality linens and cookware. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The lanai/pool area was spacious and inviting. We enjoyed the pond view and variety of birds that visited.Lisa was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely rent this property again.

Everything was amazing! The home was beautiful and very clean. Everything was as pictured and described. The owners were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Absolutely loved everything about this house!

Great time in the sun

Overall great experience. Love the house and the gated community. Everything you want to do is a drive, groceries or a night out. Overall very good.

Luxury well equipped rental

If you want a spotlessly clean,well equipped and efficently managed property this the one for you. The hostess has equipped the property to a very high standard: luxury linens, top quality applicances and numerous extras that make all the difference to a vacation rental. The house overlooks a lake in a very quiet and peacful setting and exceeded expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Fabulous home. We stayed a month and loved it. The house was very clean and equipped as well as our own home. Very comfortable for preparing in-home meals. We had a tiny issue with the spa heat but it was address quickly. Lisa is super responsive to anything that we brought to her attention. We didn't get to see much of the community facilities because they were in the final stages of a major renovation - clubhouse, dining room, locker rooms, etc. The main pool and adjoining eating/drinking area was nice. The 3 9 hole courses were in very good condition (bring a lot of balls, water comes into play on most holes). There's been some turnover with the golf professionals recently - I had a couple of great lessons from the new Assistant Pro Craig. One of the best surprises was all the wildlife one can see from the pool/lanai area - we saw pelicans, osprey, blue cranes and alligators daily - very cool. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Had a lovely stay in this home. Lisa was very responsive to messages and any queries dealt with quickly. Beds were comfortable and good quality linens , good quality furnishings throughout property. Pool area spacious and overlooking lake with lots of wildlife. Gated community quiet and close to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely return.

The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay; and it was clean and cozy. We had no issues with access and the host is very responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay!
