Amazing heated pool & spa just minutes from Anna Maria Island

This tropical retreat is loaded with character and fun details! If you're looking for a charming home with the feel of a private tropical resort, this is the one. The amazing and massive heated pool & spa are the highlights of the home and are brand new with beautiful travertine for a luxury feel. The backyard oasis is complete with a new outdoor shower, plenty of outdoor seating & dining space, and a very quiet & private backyard surrounded by exotic tropical plants & trees. There is even a quaint courtyard with a fire pit for those chilly winter evenings. Pool & spa heat is available for a small separate fee - just ask!

Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom for plenty of privacy! There is even an outdoor half bath to use when spending time by the pool. The first bedroom is normally set up as a king bed, but can be set up as two twin beds upon request. All the rooms have been outfitted with extremely comfortable beds and high quality linens. Each bedroom has large closet space. The main living space is open & so charming, with leather couches, mid century modern furniture, & a beautiful and unique hanging fireplace. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sunroom if you need additional sleeping space and an extra queen air mattress is available as well. There is a 2 car garage with 2 kayaks, pool toys & beach toys for your enjoyment. We are kid friendly with a high chair, pack n play with a mattress & sheets, baby pool float, slip n slide, and more! If you're looking for something specific, just let me know and we can make sure it is there.

The location is unbeatable - walking distance to Bishop's Point, which is perfect for watching sunrises or sunsets over the water. You're also less than a mile from Desoto National Memorial (which has walking/jogging trails, a small private beach to search for starfish & shells, and benches to have picnics or watch the boats go by on the river), 2 miles to Robinson Preserve (with extensive walking/biking trails, kayak launch areas, and a great playground for kids). And of course, only 5 miles to the beautiful Holmes Beach & Anna Maria Island!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time as a family during our week here. When we wanted to explore, there was plenty to do and when we wanted downtime, the house provided a great space for family fun.

Wonderful Time and House

This is a wonderful house with lots of room. The host was available for questions before and during our stay. We love to be outside and the pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a day of hiking and biking at nearby trails. The location is great if you want to spend the day on Anna Marie Island. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. I would recommend this property.

Adult family get away.

Great location. We biked to all the local natural areas. Quiet neighborhood. We had some issues with the hot tub and grill but we were impressed with how responsive Tanner was to resolve the issues. Thank you.

Accuracy of online listing etc

Need more comfortable seating under the lanai. Needs to state that renter will pay a separate daily fee to have pool and spa heated. Wasn’t included in booking fee. Also the pool bottom had dead leaves that we tried to get out. We were able clean as much of the floating leaves from pool.

Wonderful House for Family Trip!

As a family of four (all adults), we had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house over Christmas. The house was exactly as pictured and is even bigger than the photos appear. It is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Within easy walking distance, you can find peaceful trails, water views and sandy beaches. Also, an easy drive to Anna Maria Island! I highly recommend this house for your vacation stay - from the heated pool and hot tub, firepit in the backyard, fully equipped kitchen and lots of space, it is a hidden gem!

Heavenly Retreat

My wife and I have stayed in several VRBOs in Bradenton. This property was perfect relative to space and amenities. The pool and spa was amazing and my 89 year old mom loved it. There is a cost to heat the water but well worth the nominal cost. The hosts responded quickly to text and messaging. We loved this place.

Family Getaway

This property was ideal for our family vacation. It was a short drive from AMI and the beautiful beaches, but we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house.

Nice vacation in Bradenton

Home is nice and big with bathrooms attached to each bedroom, which made it great for each person to have their own private space. Host was very responsive and flexible and the pool and outdoor area was great for keeping the kids busy. Pictures are a bit outdated as the linens and decor are not the same as pictured.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved the location and neighborhood. It was private & quiet by pool. House is clean and we loved the 3 bathrooms with all our girls. Host responded fast when we had questions. Very great stay! Thank you!

Great place for kids

The pool was great. The kids enjoyed it immensely. The neighborhood was quiet. Location and proximity to the beach were very convenient.

Great stay!

Plenty of parking space. We loved all having our own rooms with our own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you would need in order to cook meals, or grill. There were even some spices in the kitchen. We kind of wish there were TVs in each room. The water pressure in the largest bedroom near the pool is very weak, and that room also stays kind of warm. The other rooms cool down. Overall for the price of the stay, it’s worth it! We would stay again.

Excellent stay. Short distance to the island

Property was great. 3 beds and 4 baths. Every thing we needed was there. Owners were easy to work with. Quick drive to Anna Maria and close to everything you need in Bradenton.

Clean home in nice neighborhood

We stayed 5 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Love that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. House was very clean and had everything you need. They provide beach towels, older beach chairs and even 2 kayaks. We had a TV issue and it was resolved immediately. A garage is provided but it isn't very tall, would not fit our Tahoe or Jeep. Thankfully we felt safe in the neighborhood and just parked in driveway.

The perfect Florida Escape

Great Vacation Spot

My family enjoyed a very nice week at this charming mid century modern home. The house is very comfortable. The pool area needs a little TLC and the hot tub doesn't have jets, but still heats to a nice temperature for soaking. The pool has great pool heat. If you can look past the little imperfection of the pool area this is a great place. The owner is very attentive and even addressed issues before we knew about them. The location is fabulous and many beaches, dining on the water and cute shops within 10-20 minutes. My family and I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, in a very nice neighborhood, close to our daily destinations. The fact that each bedroom has its own connected bathroom was a huge plus! No true complaints at all. Some thoughts on how your next guest stay could be even better: 1. Given the amount of towels available, provide laundry detergent. 2. A larger pot and frying pan.

I recently stayed at this property with my husband and two kids (ages 12 and 15). We had a fairly decent stay and am just going to list the pros and cons of this property. Pros: Cute interior decor Clean Property managers were very responsive and easy to communicate with Close proximity to Anna Maria Island Quiet and safe neighborhood Cons: Little to no landscaping Corner of backyard was junky Pool was consistently dirty No lounge chairs to lay out on No pen/paper to write on No lighters to light grill Overall, our stay was pleasant. I feel like this property would be much more appealing to renters if more attention was given to the small details.

Don’t be fooled by the heated Pool and Hot Tub

My family has been vacationing on or near Anna Maria for years. We decided to try a private home with a pool this time. Big mistake. The amenities were lacking. Beach/pool towels non existent or lacking in size/quality. Cookware was lacking and made a few meals difficult to cook. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. The garbage disposal was not working and it wasn’t allowing the dishes to wash either. The owner of the property finally came up with a solution the day after I told them it wasn’t working. Half the lights in the kitchen and bedroom were burnt out. Hot water was an issue for showers the whole time. We never found a blow dryer. The biggest issue was we PAID money to have the pool heated. When we arrived the pool was set at 64 degrees and was 71 degrees in the pool. The owner refunded our money for that day and heated the pool all day and night and the next day was the only day the pool was usable all day. The owner refused to set the heat and keep it at a consistent swimmable temperature (don’t ask me why). The owner would turn the pool heater off over night and of course, in November, the pool would get extremely cold again for the next morning. I tried to reason and talk to the owner with no success. My youngest loves to wake up and swim in the morning and wasn’t able to do that outside of the 2nd day. The pool would heat all day and at some point get warm enough to swim, I don’t consider Low 80s warm enough when it is in the 70s outside but the owner did. But the problem was we had plans every day. I expected my kids to be able to swim when they wanted during day or night. We usually stay at a condo complex (Runaway Bay unit 250 is amazing) and my kids never have an issue swimming anytime they want bc they keep the pool at 87-88 degrees. We have been there at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. The other issue was the hot tub. It isn’t hot unless you text the owner of the property to turn it on. Most of the time the owner turned it on immediately or very quickly. A couple times it was quite a wait to get the heater going and it takes 30-60 minutes to heat up. Again, this was not communicated and a pain in the butt. None of this was communicated with us (and I admit I should have asked more questions) when we agreed to pay to have the pool heated. The only reason we chose this house was because it has a large private pool and offered us a chance to heat it. Stick to the condos and homes on Anna Maria.

Great location; Loved the Pool; Needs some TLC

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 1 toddler. The location is awesome. 5ish minutes from the Robinson Preserve, grocery shopping, pharmacy and quick eats. 6 miles from Anna Maria Island and 10ish miles from downtown Bradenton. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and are the standout feature of the property. Note there is a 25/night additional charge to heat them. Manager collects this outside the costs of the booking. Check in was a a breeze and the manager was responsive the few times we needed her. Overall a solid stay for a fair price. That said, this place needs some TLC and it’s clear the listing photos are a few years old. We encountered some dead roaches (normal for Florida but we found them right after check-in, so not sure how housekeeping missed them), a few pieces of broken furniture, a non functioning ceiling fan in the primary bedroom, spotty WiFi even with the extender, and a layer of dust on most surfaces. There’s a little bit of hurricane damage to the exterior too, but that seems unavoidable based on the other houses in the area. We were also provided one roll of tp per Bathroom for a one week stay. lol. These are the only real complaints, though. Overall, 4/5 stay.

The location is unbeatable in our minds, with so many hidden gems within 5 miles of the home - Robinson Preserve, Bishop's Point, Desoto Memorial, Palma Sola Bay, the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, & beautiful quiet streets for bike riding & walking. Now, we're excited to be able to offer the same experience to our guests!

Our pool and spa is truly amazing and one of a kind! Completely remodeled and thoughtfully designed for your enjoyment with a large deep end and a swim up channel to the hot tub, you're sure to have a blast! It is heated for year round enjoyment. We have romantic string lights around the spa area for evenings spent relaxing in the hot tub.

We also have a huge tv in the living room and a subscription to Youtube TV so you won't miss a beat while you're away from home. There are 2 separate living areas if you want separate hang out spaces as well.
