Amazing heated pool & spa just minutes from Anna Maria Island

This tropical retreat is loaded with character and fun details! If you're looking for a charming home with the feel of a private tropical resort, this is the one. The amazing and massive heated pool & spa are the highlights of the home and are brand new with beautiful travertine for a luxury feel. The backyard oasis is complete with a new outdoor shower, plenty of outdoor seating & dining space, and a very quiet & private backyard surrounded by exotic tropical plants & trees. There is even a quaint courtyard with a fire pit for those chilly winter evenings. Pool & spa heat is available for a small separate fee - just ask!

Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom for plenty of privacy! There is even an outdoor half bath to use when spending time by the pool. The first bedroom is normally set up as a king bed, but can be set up as two twin beds upon request. All the rooms have been outfitted with extremely comfortable beds and high quality linens. Each bedroom has large closet space. The main living space is open & so charming, with leather couches, mid century modern furniture, & a beautiful and unique hanging fireplace. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sunroom if you need additional sleeping space and an extra queen air mattress is available as well. There is a 2 car garage with 2 kayaks, pool toys & beach toys for your enjoyment. We are kid friendly with a high chair, pack n play with a mattress & sheets, baby pool float, slip n slide, and more! If you're looking for something specific, just let me know and we can make sure it is there.

The location is unbeatable - walking distance to Bishop's Point, which is perfect for watching sunrises or sunsets over the water. You're also less than a mile from Desoto National Memorial (which has walking/jogging trails, a small private beach to search for starfish & shells, and benches to have picnics or watch the boats go by on the river), 2 miles to Robinson Preserve (with extensive walking/biking trails, kayak launch areas, and a great playground for kids). And of course, only 5 miles to the beautiful Holmes Beach & Anna Maria Island!

Loved this house for our family vacation! Our girls absolutely loved the pool! Short walk to view some great sunsets, and close to the island!

Beautiful pool. However, the furnishings in the house are very worn with rips, tears and stains. It looks like “Goodwill” furniture. Sad, because the house has great potential but definitely needs some TLC- and comfortable couches.

The property itself is very nice and in a great, quiet area! Some parts are a bit out dated and it could use some updates and improvements in bathrooms, but overall very fair for the price and location! The host is absolutely amazing and so great with communication, accommodating to all of our questions and concerns. They also gave us some great suggestions on activities and attractions in the area which was super helpful.

Pool was perfect! House was spacious and neighborhood was very quiet. A short drive to the beaches and all shopping was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We did a 7 night stay at the house the area was very nice very quiet neighborhood, there is a nice little public park very close to the house with wonderful views of the water/bay area, also good canoe or kayak launch area, and also just a 10 minute drive to AMI just make sure you plan around the "busy" time bc traffic will get heavy going over. The house is very spacious large living room only downside was the couches weren't very comfortable could use better furniture in the common areas Every bedroom had its own full bathroom wich was nice especially with 3 teenage daughters with us, we do wish there had been tvs in the rooms and the master bedroom the bed was on wheels wich isnt ideal since the floors are concrete. The pool is wonderful as expected wich was the reason we booked this house unfortunately the hot tub jets dont work but overall the pool was nice. The only slight issue was the AC was an issue our entire stay mainly an inconvenience for the owners but they were very communitive the entire time and there was only part of our first day where the AC wasnt cooling the house they do have a split unit in the family room area but that doesn't help the bedrooms but like I say the owners were on top of making sure the issue was handled.Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Older home with great location! We did have some issues with the front door and garage doors. Host was responsive. Rooms were big and everyone had their own bathroom.

The weather was great while we visited. The property was slightly outdated and we had a couple challenges the first couple of days that the owner worked hard to correct.

This house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and very close to beautiful short hikes along the coast. We found many things to do in an easy drive radius. The host is friendly and very responsive. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean, has all the things we needed for a week stay. We did not take advantage of the kayaks because the rental car we had was too small to load them into but there are quite a few spots you can put in for a paddle if you have a way to get them there. We did use the spa most of the evenings but the weather was too cold while we were there to use the pool. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay!

Excellent location, super easy check in/out process. Host was quick to respond. Huge pool with unique swim up to the hot tub. Kayaks were a bonus with easy access to the water. Very safe!

Great stay!

Family Getaway

This property was ideal for our family vacation. It was a short drive from AMI and the beautiful beaches, but we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house.

Our pool and spa is truly amazing and one of a kind! Completely remodeled and thoughtfully designed for your enjoyment with a large deep end and a swim up channel to the hot tub, you're sure to have a blast! It is heated for year round enjoyment. We have romantic string lights around the spa area for evenings spent relaxing in the hot tub.

We also have a huge tv in the living room and a subscription to Youtube TV so you won't miss a beat while you're away from home. There are 2 separate living areas if you want separate hang out spaces as well.
