This is a nice home a bit off the beaten path, about 15 mins in either direction to the nearest larger communities. We enjoyed the quiet setting around the campfire and in the hot tub. It's a location that allows you to explore anywhere from Knoxville to the national park to Sevierville in easy day trips.

This property is perfect for a get away with the family or friends. It's in the country and yet grocery stores and restaurants are 15 minutes away. Host was easy to reach.

The house was very friendly and responsive when we got there the residents was easy to enter in the house was very clean the hot tub was nice clean and private my family and I enjoyed it very much it has a nice little burn pit out in the back as well to make s'mores with kids

Out of the city but not crazy far! Really nice scenery! Only thing that could have made I better was more light towards the fire pit.

If you want to relax with family this is the spot for you. Plenty of games, family friendly entertainment and lots of room. Big driveway, porches and yard makes it feel even bigger. We only regret not inviting more family & staying longer. Visit soaky mountain parkyou wont regret it.. Daniel is an excellent host and is a great communicator.

Overall my family and I had an excellent stay at this property in Seymour, TN. It was nice how secluded it was and had a lot of yard for the kids and I to enjoy. The inside was nicely updated and clean. We played a lot in the game room on the air hockey table and the arcade. It was just nice for us to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Great property, off the beaten path. It was a little further from the things we wanted to do than expected. Was hoping for some better views based on the location. The house was excellent, no issues at all with the property. Owners were great and quick to respond.

Property itself is great! It is in a rural neighborhood so it does get pretty dark at night. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and we were able to check in early which was a huge plus. The property is 30 minutes from Knoxville and 30 minutes from the smokies which worked out great as we were able to explore both locations. Plenty of amenities on sight to enjoy. The whole family was definitely satisfied!!

Great property with plenty of space for the kids to run around outside. The arcade machines were also a big hit and being 30-45 minutes from Gatlinburg and Knoxville was nice.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of the business of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay there again.
